I placed a mobile order for 4 wraps but only got three. I ordered 2small mocha latte but I only got one. For the other one they gave me caramel. Didn’t like the taste of Medium chocolate creamy chill.

The drive thru is really mess. I've waited more than 40mints today just for one ice cap. They are very slow.

Good food but their staff members don’t know the customer sense and how to meet and great.

My GF is gluten and dairy free. She orders a farmers wrap with no wrap and an extra hash brown so she can make a sandwich (having been told you guys can't do it for her). We are at this location every Friday cuz of physio being across the lot. We've had no issue with this order until today. Everyone working ate a bowl of incompetence for breakfast this morning. First I can't order what we usually order, then my order is given to the wrong person, then I'm asked if lettuce is ok instead of a brown cuz they're out? How does one build a sandwich with lettuce? Do better

Tim hortons has gone way down hill since they were bought out by an american company.Staff are slow, rude and generally dont care enough to get your order correct or to do the basic aspects of their job.Be it never having food ready (like potato wedges) despite being the middle of dinner hours. Or their constant frustrating ability to consistently get your order wrong. This and practically every other tim hortons I've been to in the last 2 years had fallen so far from the happy little Canadian company it used to be. I feel a petition should be created to prevent tim hortons from being able to use the maple leaf in their marketing.This corporation is pure garbage now and as such I will only visit a tim hortons if literally every other place that sells coffee is closed.

Very poor service. Happened 3 times same excuse I couldn’t believe.I go every Thursday morning around 4.30 am.From just last 2 or 3 times I asked employee for a chai tea latte and she gave me same excuse that they are out of chai tea bag or their machine is not working.That’s amazing that they are out of chai tea bag early mornings, you go later around 6 am you get chai tea latte and their machine start working suddenly .So straight way employee should say that it’s hard work to make chai tea latte so that from next time I will not waste time in drive thru or go some other Tim Hortons.Or manager should put on schedule employees that are willing to work early mornings.

Mannerless staffI ordered two French Vanillas, but she gave those to me without sleeves. For hot beverages, she should provide sleeves (cup holders) by default.When I tried to take sleeves, she started arguing with me, claiming that I had not asked permission and explaining policies and such with no regret.This is my second time bad experience with Tim Horton's at Nordel and 120 Scott Rd.When I greeted her, she didn't even replied back.☹️Service was dreadful, and the staff was rude.I will not advise customers to visit Tim Hortons @Nordel 120 Scott road Surrey.

Terrible Service, went in no customers inside waited for 5 minutes standing looking at them, 3 girls saw me standing there didn’t even bother trying to take my order. No wonder Tim Hortons has terrible customer acknowledgment.

Remember to ask for no whipped cream. They will keep it for days until it’s the last drop I seen them trying to squeeze every last drop from the bag into my drink, I didn’t want to get sick from it being old so I scraped it off.

Terrible service. There was 1 person ahead of me and I waited over 10 minutes before I got service. There were over 5 employess yet nobody acknowledged me. Not once did anyone even make eye contact. Finally, when I got my order..my coffee is vailla flavored. ..waste of my time!
