On Sunday morning at 12:55 am I ordered 2 coffees and it was not busy at that time. Just 3 Cars in front of me and they guys take more than 20 minutes and when I reach the pick up window they take more than 5 minutes to give me 2 coffees. Their workers look sleepy every time.
This is the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. I went with my co worker and we ordered a steamed almond milk with hazelnut and got a latte. Luckily we checked before we left because my co worker doesn't take caffeine. There was no apology and it took a very long time to remake our drink. Having worked at a coffee shop, I know it can be busy but manners go a long way. Our hash browns were old and dried up and we were never offered a refund for the latte we paid for even though we ordered a steamed almond milk. VERY CLEARLY. The staff was not personable nor helpful and even though this location is closer to our work, we will not be returning. Terrible service. Avoid this place if you can. I'd give zero starts if I could.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST !!! I would give then 0 stars if I could . Line up takes 25-30 min. They charge you for your order and it's always wrong. I have a deeper voice for a woman, 4 times my husband corrected the girl in the drive through. Her reply 'I don't care. Im shocked at how Rude she was !!! Should be fired!! I'll never go back to this location..... waste of time and money!!

I been at this location just few minutes ago and asked for chicken wrap and it was cold , as you can tell by looking at picture cheese was even frozen .Tim staff needs to work on this better .It doesn’t count how fast you can make but should focus on what you serving to your customers
I never give bad review if it’s not really bad experiences! This Tim Horton location is the worst and not even deserve a star!Last week When I ordered at Drive thru is so long wait 20-30 mins and the girl was no sense of service!Yesterday I tried At mobile pick up was even worse! I ordered at 2:30 pm , when I got there and the girl said wait! Then I waited and waited patiently until got my order at 3:20 pm! The iced cap was melted ,,chicken wrap! The chicken fell out half of the wrap!I’m really disappointed and never go back there again!
I ordered for oat late. The drive thru associate took the payment and asked me to wait in a car to delivered the drink. Thanks never received my order in 20 minsWhen i asked them again in drive thru she didn’t even apologize and lied on face that she already given my drink.They not gone deserve 1 star!
I am pretty fed up with Tim Hortons! This location, on King George Boulevard near 72nd Avenue in Surrey BC, is the worst!!! They state they are 24 hours, but never have a full menu in the evening hours. Why even be open if you do not have a full menu available? Due to my job, I travel a lot around the Lower Mainland... Relying on Tim Hortons as my go-to for a meal. In the mornings, they are fine. In the afternoons, sometimes a lineup but they are fine as well. I have been here after 8 p.m. about three times this past week, and all they have available are a couple different Donuts, bagels, and coffee beverages. Are we running low on supplies Tim Hortons? Or is it the staff not wanting to do work at night?? Management...are we even aware of this? Again...as I just drove by tonight asking for donuts and a sandwich... nope! The lady that serve me at the window, (Raj....couldnt make her name out) says "we don't do sandwiches at late hours."I really find that hard to believe as I have been to other Tim Hortons all around Vancouver, Burnaby, Etc and THEY did have a full menu available in the late-night hours. I don't know if this is an issue only at this location but it is really frustrating trying to get something to eat, close to home, at one of Canada's biggest restaurant chains...and not having anything available to eat at an open restaurant. Sad!
Disgusting service. Girls at drive thru doesn’t have any sense how to talk and how to serve the customers. I went to drive thru at night time and there was a girl at pick up spot she wears glasses. She was very rude. She doesn’t know how to treat the customers. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF ITS POSSIBLE.
Ordered a coffee with quarter hot chocolate. Paid for hot chocolate with 3/4 coffee. The girl just skipped my order and start making next drinks. After 10 minutes I asked for drink and she started making it. Got a cup entirely of hot chocolate. I confirmed too while receiving. She nodded. It was so sweet for me. Entire money of extra large cup wasted. Problem is that they not only messed up, despite overcharging and after long wait but they were rude. Sigh! If I keep going there, I will lose my caffeine addiction for sure.
