Took half an hour to prepare online order. No value of other people time
I visited there today and I had the worst experience. I ordered and I even mentioned that it is for to go and when she gave me drinks I asked her for a bag so that I can carry it to home but other lady who was taking orders said "we suppose to give these bags for deliveries", okay I understand but when I have already mentioned that it is for to go so not every person have car to home some like me go by bus and how you are suppose to that they can carry tray in their hands until they reach home. Girl who gave me drinks was nice but other who was taking orders I want to say to her that can you suppose yourself that you ordered two or more drinks with sandwich and you will take bus to go home how will you feel and how will you manager taking your food with other stuff?
Sunday May 22, 2022. This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've never written a review of any place before, but my experience there was nothing short of vile and unacceptable. I wanted to cancel my order and pay with a gift card and the cashier refused. Then some other guy came and said "We can't do that right now." So I said, "you can't refund or cancel the order, or you just can't do it right now?" He said he can't. So I said okay, the order has not been made, I just tapped my card, and he said no and walked away while I was talking to him. To make matters worse, when my order was completed, one of the servers threw it on the counter and said nothing. I waited for some time and asked another guy to check on the order, he quickly dismissed me and said when it's done, I will know. I continued waiting, customer after customer got through and left me there. I asked the same man who told me I couldn't get a refund to check on my order, he walked away without even acknowledging me. I said, is it because I'm black, why no one is paying attention to me. The first lady who threw down my order came back 15+ minutes later and lifted the bag and said to the cashier why didn't she give the order out. By this time everything inside is cold. I felt so HUMILIATED, I walked out and left. I'm done with micro aggressions.AS SOON AS MY GIFT CARD IS FINISH I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AT A TIM HORTONS AGAIN, especially on Fraser.
Very poor service, there have no value of customers time. People are waiting and workers enjoy gossip ?
These people are rude and argue, I showed them my recipe saying large coffee and they argeed still that it was not a large, very scummy group of workers.
I went here on Friday just for a coffee and bagel. The workers were very slow and they were talking loud and laughing, not caring there were like 7 people already in the lineup behind me. They kept on saying ,"we are very busy today". One girl sat down and said I quit. Then everyone burst out laughing. Very very unprofessional. Finally I asked one person n he said, I just started. Can the manager please do something about this? It made me mad that people are waiting for service and the people behind the counter are talking, laughing and speaking in their native language .
Food is nice, but very dissatisfied with the way the supervisor took our order..will not recommend the place due to the arrogant supervisor
I went to TimHortan’s today and I went through drivethru. At first everything was okay until we got the food. Our donut box was literally broken and the donuts were stale. For my chicken noodle soup, I opened the lid and there was a hair attached to it. For the bread that comes with the chicken noodle soup, it was super stale aswell, I could literally bang it against my table and make a beat to it. Overall, horrible food expectations
I ordered french vanilla which they don't even have to make it. First time I smelled a stinking coffee with such horrible taste.. I had to throw it out of my car due to the stink
I just make a delivery order from this location.seriously i never had the order lyk dis. I call them to make french vanilla with quater coffee a boy pick my call and listen carefully and it is perfect lyk what i need nd the order wrapped so nicely. Thank you guys u deserve more then 5 stars.
