I ordered the samosa and have no idea if they are good or bad. I bought online and it looks like each order is of 2 samosa. per order. I ordered the 10 pack to thining 20 pieces for a family get together. There was only 10. I reread the ad today and for trip adviser for people travelling it is really decieving. I was short for the samosa to be served for the dinner but the host took the Samosa and said she would serve it for just the family. No idea if it is good or bad but the ad is not clear. Photos show 2 on a plate and the order shows looking like 2 per order......No idea if they are good or bad...
Best place for Samosa in surrey, CanadaMy family likes samosa more than me so I am buying regularly. All samosas are my favourite. However my colleagues & family members also like masala samosa. Other lots of varieties of samosa like paneer, chicken, potatoes etc..are available.they have somosa bowels which is awosome. I had eaten twice in weakTheir tamarind chutney is awesome. Thanks guys for giving Indian flavour in Canada ??.
The samosas are small, however the filling is excellent, especially the spicy ones. The crust is thin, crispy and not too greasy. I really like the shahi with lots of paneer. The chutney was quite good too. Next time I will try the butter chicken. If you buy in bulk of one flavor, you'll get a bigger discount.
Some of the best samosa's I've had. Light not greasy at all and perfectly seasoned. The kitchen is also spotless. Highly recommended.
I ordered a month in advance, followed up and confirmed the day before my pick up, called the morning of and said I was on my way and my order still wasn't ready, they hadn't even processed it, I had to wait almost 30 mins. I also found the Samosas are about 20% smaller than other places that sell samosas. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Visited after a long time and they have perfected the samosas here now so they don't have much oil and have special features like the paneer samosa with fresh veggies like bell peppers in them. Great to have this option in such a central location and customer service is so sweet and quick even when busy?
This place is my most favorite place to go. The samosas are the best. Always my first stop when in Surrey . It's samosa made with love !
I was extremely disappointed with the service as I made the order online this morning to have my order pick up @ 12:00pm but they were not ready till in 15 mins later. Also I witnessed the cook picking hot chicken samosa but suddenly it was dropped on the floor. The cook picked it up and put it back with the rest samosa :{ :{ :{ :{. She (the cook) did not wash her hands (so gross) and continued to cook. She saw me witnessing and suddenly spoke with the other manager to close the door quickly. I decided to have a serious talk with the manager asking what is going on with my order and why they were not ready by 12p.m. and why the cook didn't wash her hands after picking dirty samosa up on floor and putting it back with the rest samosa. Seriously she didn't think seriously before take action. I demanded not to take the order because I am not too sure if she put the dirty samosa with my order. The manager said to me "no way she cannot do this" and was willing to give me new order anyway. I was satisfied but not too satisfied with the cook who didn't think of the hand hygiene including washing hands during the COVID19 situation. The four main things to remember for good hygiene are the 4Cs:CleaningCookingChillingCross-contaminationPlease have your staff practice and follow the food hygiene and safe procedures seriously.I am not too sure if I will return to purchase samosa from the Samosa House.
Best samosas in town. (Next to my moms).
Great tasting samosas. Definitely order more than you need, as they are a bit smaller than what I traditionally see. However, they make up with their flavors. I also liked how the food was not as oily as others ones I've tried. Definitely recommend the classic, the shashi (butter chicken sauce and paneer), and spicy samosas. Their tarmarind sauce is a great compliment to the food as well.Although they usually fry up to order and the food is hot and crisp, I would definitely recommend doing during lunch, school-out times, or dinner, as the order will be fresher.
