We were there for an hour. Got served 1 drink. Finished the drink, and didn’t see anyone for an hour. Left cash on the table and left.I bet you it would be better on a day that doesn’t have playoffs on, but the mere fact that they are this understaffed is disrespectful to the employees.3 servers and a manager that was in bar. The place was packed. I’d say like 100-120 guests.If they’re interested in a general manager that actually can problem solve when understaffed, give me a shout. Quite simple for me.Put a wait on the door, put up a please wait to be seated sign, have a manager come around and tend to tables that the servers can’t get to.If you put a wait on the door, sure you may turn away some incoming guests, but at least you then have an opportunity to tend to your guests and actually give your current diners the time and service that they deserve. You can easily keep people in the pub longer. The longer people are in a pub, the more they will buy. You keep them happy and well served, they will return.You have a great location with a fantastic atmosphere, I just feel like it’s being mismanaged.
The service was great, the menu had lots of options, drinks were great and most of the food was great. My only complaint was that I ordered the vegetarian (note, not vegan) poutine. I’d imagine that anyone who orders poutine as their main is an absolute cheese monster, so you can imagine my surprise when there was no cheese. Instead it was fries and gravy with a few pieces of tofu.
Yikes. People walking out wasted at 6:00 on Sunday. A man was being walked out as he could barely walk. We came in with our 10 year old and hoped it was better inside. Server really made an effort to smile but you could tell she was miserable. Shame. The patio is nice but the ambience (wasted customers and upset servers) was subpar. Also since it’s a pub, drinks menu should be on the table without asking for it and then feeling like you put the server out because you asked for it. We walked out without ordering.
Came here with my friends on Saturday and it was a nightmare start to finish. It was very busy, but the front staff kindly let us sit at a table of 4 even though there were 5 of us. As soon as we sat down, the server approached us in an extremely rude manner and said "you can't be here, I can't have you sitting here at this table." We told her the front staff said it was okay and she said that she has to go talk to them. They obviously told her it was fine if I moved my chair to the side, which I did. Now after we sat down she didn't come to take our order for at least 30 minutes. This was a theme that continued for the entire night and even the table beside us noticed that the server isn't treating us well (we had the same server). We even had to go to the front to get our bill after asking for it twice and waiting 20 minutes.
Been here several time now and my final review would be , MEH. The place itself is nice and it has 2 big outdoor spaces. The downside is the food, lackluster at best. Every time I order chicken wings they are the skinniest chicken wings you will ever see, they are also as dry as beef Jerky that has been sitting for months. I also came here for crab leg night, the seafood is clearly froze and you can taste it i left feeling gross and disappointed. I personally wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than bottled beer.
Came here for dinner with the family. I’ve never been before but it was the best. I had the beef dip and it was LIT. Parents had the burgers and they looked yummy and my partner had the club sandwich which was so juicy. I was surprised with the amount of chicken in it. Anywho our server Madison was the best. THE BEST. She was so kind and funny and attentive and I can’t wait to come back. Really great overall 10/10
Chill vibes and delicious food. Great 1st time here trying their food.Only had appetizers for lunch and they were hella awesome. Steak bites and Calamari were so good.Steak bites definitely up there with how well these were done. Super tender and not overcooked. Large chunks of steak lightly seasoned and the sauce, I think chipotle mayo or similar, go so well with it.Calamari tender with a crispy and light batter. Only thing to make this for me is a better sauce. I think their sauce for this Calamari has too much sour cream and can be overpowering.Overall awesome time here!
First time going here and I was not disappointed! First of all, I had the best wings I have ever had here! I also got the crispy chicken burger with fries and gravy and it was so delicious.The staff here are so kind and welcoming.Lots of tables and TV's. Such a cool vibe. I will definitely return :)
I would give 3.5 ratings. Food was good but service in overall was Okissh. The best thing here was happy hours menu.
The food and drinks were very good. Some guys behind us were harassing the waitress which made her not able to serve us adequately (not her fault). The bouncer bounced them out in an orderly fashion and the waitress apologized very kindly even tho she didn’t need to. Good establishment.
