WORST. The female Chinese owner even refused to give one more extra chapsticks.. I don’t think it’s even 5 cents.

They got my order wrong, and were very rude when I asked if I could get my correct order. They then proceeded to give me undercooked and cold food. ?

For mall thai food - its great!

I would give 0 star or 0 point if I could. Extremely rude staff and the food is horrible. As a person that love Thai cuisine like me I feel ashamed for your service.

2nd time I was so disappointed ordering here at this location. I always order Tom Yung at any Thai restaurant. But Im always disappointed here. Last was the soup doesn't taste anything at all. And today when I ordered for takeout, they don't accept card only cash, and when I got home I saw a plastic string on my noodles. I almost choked because it's so long. I don't want to comeback at this location and the staff are rude too.

I had the pad see ew with chicken here (around 11.48 with tax) and I mean, of course I was not going to expect any authentic thai pad see ew. I got my dish in under 3 minutes which was kind of shocking but hey, I didn't have to wait for my meal at least! When I first got it, the color was definitely much lighter than expected. It's not very flavorful, just a vague sweet light soy sauce flavor and the noodles were pretty thin. Chinese broccoli wasn't bad but I guess the most disappointing factor was the chicken. It was atrociously dry. I also thought the egg in this dish was quite dry too, which would be improved if they simply used fresh eggs upon ordering. I was also pretty sad that there wasn't that charred wok flavor that you love in thai noodle dishes, but again, it's Thai express so nothing fancy. If you're looking for a quick fix, this place wouldn't be so bad but I think I would avoid it in the future. Remember, don't expect anything authentic because you certainly won't get it here!

I love going here for quick fix of Pad Thai. Recently I saw that they have pushed online order for pick up and BonApp. I checked on the BonApp, UberEats, and on Google that the open hour is until 9pm. I made my order on BonApp, it went through, my credit card was charged. All good. When I came to pick up at 8pm, it’s closed. I guess no dinner for me. I will try to call tomorrow to get my money back. Not happy at all about this.

Not bad for food court Thai, but lacks in the full Thai food taste experience.

You can spend $20 here and still go home hungry, the portions are incredibly small , it would be acceptable if the quality was excellent, but unfortunately that always isn't the case either.
