I enjoy going here! I like the drinks they have to offer, nice staff.
Watered down and flavourless. Go elsewhere, especially if it's you're just getting introduced to bubble tea.You can tell that this franchise has been floundering for some time, and reducing quality will only accelerate the downward spiral. Other Chatimes are variable, really comes down to the franchise location's operator.
This location is not in par with others (service). They don’t honour coupons that are advertised too.
This place is awful. The staffs doesn’t really care about what they are doing. The drinks taste disgusting. Kitchen looks dirty. Avoid this place!
I like Chatime. I have it all the time at many different locations and it’s always been enjoyable. But I’ve been to this location 3 times and never had a good experience. The girl at the front is always rude and the drinks taste watered down, flavourless and it always has gritty chunks in it. I won’t be returning.
Great drinks but they don’t seem to know why or how they are listed on the Fantuan app since they don’t take orders there
HORRIBLE LOCATION. Went at 5:25PM, thought they closed at 9 (The website says that), sign on the door says they close at 6. That’s fine, not a problem.They had NO PEARLS left apart from enough for one drink. They were out of regular AND brown sugar pearls. The girl working didn’t even apologise, she just stared at me. Also didn’t offer any alternatives. I had one drink with QQ (Pearls and coconut jelly) and the rest with coconut jelly. Found out after I left that the drink with QQ DID NOT have any pearls, I paid extra for nothing.That made me unable to order one of four drinks (Brown sugar milk tea). I then went to order a mango grapefruit tea, which they didn’t have. There's two drinks they didn't have.A good portion of their menu is unavailable, even though it's advertised. Will not be returning. The people who work there clearly don't care at all. Go to Boba Boy instead, it's way better.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this one was just wow. Went on feb 1 in the afternoon and the lady at the front just stared at me when I came in. I greeted her since she was just watching me. I asked for brown sugar bbt with fresh milk she said they don’t have it, asked for chocolate mouse, she said they don’t have it, I asked for one other one she said they didn’t have it. Finally, after finding a flavour they actually have like taro slush I received the taro with it not being slush LOLLL. I asked what happened and guess what she says? THEY DONT HAVE IT. All I could do is laugh.
Clean, spacious, friendly and fast service in spite of there being only 1 staff person working! However, the teas seemed less flavorful than the many Chatimes I have been to. The place didn't have that immediately fragrant recognizable roasted tea smell. This may explain the less flavorful beverages. Hence 3 stars.
Truly one of the worst bubble tea experiences I’ve had in a long time. I usually never leave reviews (especially negative ones), but I feel the need to share. The staff was very unfriendly - no smiles, no greetings. Drinks are pricey here and my drink wasn’t even filled up to the brim. Drink tasted extremely bland and powdery, worst bubble tea I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. The drinks here are not up to standard with other Chatime locations either. Disappointed to say the least, and will not be coming back.
