A very calm place to have food. the staff who serve is very polite and friendly. The sandwich served is very delicious and everything is freshly prepared. I like this place very much and always prefer this to have my sandwich.

Very disappointing ?. Yesterday i ordered food from them and the staff is very rude . Although they don’t know how to behave with their customers. Not going back to them.
Walked in at 10:40pm just now with the open sign still lit which is suppose to be closing at 11pm and the lady says "we're closed" guess I'll take my business else where.
Skimpy with ingredients and portion sizes. Dont come to this location, Ocean Park or Southpoint are better
I've been ordering for pick up here for quite a few months now. It's always on time ( mind you I'm always late ) it's always as I've asked for and never a bad sub. Highly recommend this location. The small dinning area looks clean in the 30 seconds it takes me to grab my order. No idea about the cleanliness of the washroom. Staff seem friendly.
Went there to get a soup and sandwich with my boyfriend and we both ordered cream of broccoli soup and when we received them they were both curdled and inedible so we returned them and received 2 “new” cream of broccoli soups that were worse then the last. I returned them again and the manager claims that their soups are promised to be fresh. In return they told me to take one bag of chips for my 2 spoiled soups
I always come to this subway and receive great service! The sandwiches are always fresh. Piyush is very friendly and nice as he always gives great service whenever I go!
