Zero customer Service.Staff rude and unprofessional.Very disappointed.Not recommending to anyone.
whenever i visit this palace, not a single time they let me use the washroom. its always not in use. today the lady said its not working. like seriously dude!! the owner should talk to them. plz

Just ridiculous service i have ordered a 6 inch vegie sandwich and just got sandwich with no veggies and then i called them and they’re saying we are not having you order. Very annoying experience.

I could count the number of cucumber (5) and tomato (4) they put in. They were just touching the ingredients and putting them in i have no idea what they are saving the ingredients for? The worst subway yet
Customer service is Very aggressive in nature, the girl she dint even make my sandwich properly, I don’t carry a plastic or a substitute bag from my house to go to a subway, so if the city has banned plastic figure out, a substitute for it don’t charge charge .35 cents for a bag… … totally disappointed..
they should have a box like McDonald instead of rolling them in paper for the sidekick items. a bit understaffed at lunch time. Employee needs more training on handling coupons or maybe overall
The worker on December 8th, 2021 @ 14:15 handled cash from the customer ahead of me, but did not wash their hands properly. Rinsed and went to work on my sandwich. Asked to double up on an item, they grabbed 3 more of that item to put on. Disappointed. Was not friendly. Seemed annoyed that I was even here. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
