I went through the drive tonight July.10th around 8:30pm and ordered a White chocolate Mocha. I specifically said I wanted an extra pump and stirred well. When I took a sip it tasted like warm milk and sugar, there was no flavor. I ended up throwing it out as it tasted terrible. The barista that made my drink really needs to be trained more. I'm a regular customer at this location and this is the second time I've had an issue with my drinks lately. I won't be going back. So disappointing.

1st issue at this location, I don't appreciate ordering a drink and waiting, to find out their out of cold brew. Why wouldn't someone take the time to mention that to all staff members as soon as it happens and/or add it to the system so everyone will know, this location ran out of cold brew.2nd issue at this location, consistency on making the drinks properly, I know people rush to make the drinks when it's busy, obviously no one has the experience to know it takes longer when you have to re-do something a second time because you didn't take the time to make it right the first time. Properly train staff to understand this. I come here to enjoy my coffee. Not to get something that doesn't taste like it should . Where's the consistency? I thought this is why starbucks has measuring tools and lines on the cups to get it accurate. Im paying 6$ for a drink it better be made right every time. Won't be going here again because I've had 2 bad experiences.

I hope the ceo of Starbucks reads this, Today is June 17, 9pm. I go to this drive through to order 3 brownies and a ginger molasses cookie. Drive through person had no warm welcome, no greeting, she said "just wait a minute", I stated my order saying can I have 3 brownies please, and she said I can't hear you so i repeated it, and then she said is that it, I also order the molasses cookies, when I get to front to pay she tells me we don't have any brownies, I said why didn't you tell me that when I placed the order, she said I dint know, I asked her if she's having a bad day and she said no so that means she's always like this, I asked for the receipt, I'm planning to call their franchise support or Ceo to complain. I also noticed that she had an argument with the driver ahead of me. This lady needs to be fired or removed from anything customer service. It was the worse experience I've ever had. I've been to other Starbucks locations and they have been fine so not sure why this occurred.

Pretty upset with my service here today. Defiantly not the “starbucks customer service” I’m used to. First of all I ordered a cold brew like I usually get and they gave me something that resembled a Tim Hortans iced coffee.. with foam on it…I told the dark haired lady that I wasn’t happy and wouldn’t drink that. She said it’s fine she’d get it re made.. younger gentleman comes over dark curly hair. Tim hortans attitude trying to get me to may for an order I already paid for then asked me what the problem with it was… not impressed. Will pass on that Starbucks for the rest of my life! Definitely a 0/10. He was super rude. So was the lady. Definitely not Starbucks standards.

I normally go thru drive thru but since it was 830 at night I'd thought I go in. I walk in and notice 2 staff behind the counter. Looks like one was on drive thru and one on counter. I walk up and doesn't say a word. No hi hello how are you, what can I get started for you. So I stand there for at least 5 min, that I won't get back now and which was a very long to do nothing. Finally she says is there something i can help you with. To say hi. Let me know your ready for me. She said that her standing there should be good enough. What great customer service. I normally go to this location in the morning and it's great. But I didn't think getting a coffee in the evening would be a bad experience. Lesson learned to go else where in the evening.

I came through the drive thru tonight after getting off my shift. It was approximately 9:40 and there was a female and male working. I didn’t catch the name but I dealt with the female and she had brown hair. I ordered a iced salted caramel latte and she handed me an iced mocha. I asked her kindly if this was the wrong drink and she replied rudely and didn’t offer to remake it. I am very disappointed as I paid $6 for my drink and got the wrong drink that I didn’t even end up drinking at all. Honestly ruined my night. I work in customer service and this is the worst I have experienced. I really just wish she was kinder.

If you see more than 4 cars ahead you might as well park and walk in because this drive thru is a terrible design and it simply needs to go before it causes more chaos. It offers no added value for the other merchants being crowded out, or any desire to explore the mall out of your car.

If you have any dietary restrictions, probably best to go elsewhere. I ordered a decaf late and the cashier rang it through as regular. I asked for them to remake it as I am not meant to have caffeine. The barista then remade my drink but remade it with oatmilk. Luckily I don't have any food allergies. Staff here just don't seem to care.

I believe that naming a short cup “tall” is confusing because what if you want to say tall as in large but they end up giving you a small???? Makes no sense. Please fix this and bring the government as well and Justin Trudeau into this decision. Thank you-Karan

Terrible service! Didn’t ask me if I need the receipt, didn’t ask my name, and didn’t tell me where to get the drinks. No one feel sorry for such service! I won’t come to this Starbucks any more!
