Of all the Starbucks I goto this location drops the ball the mostDoesn’t matter if I order at the counter or mobile order they NEVER seem to make the substitution

Fantastic customer service from barista meegan. Went above and beyond to get me my drink in a critical life saving manor. Have never had the will to live as strong as i do now. Thanks megan!

Nicole helped me this morning and she was SOOO kind and so helpful, I have a new favourite drink! She has excellent customer service (as do all of the employees) but she made my morning that much better!

I always have a good experience in the morning with Gayle and Josh! They are always friendly and make mine and my coworkers drinks just right! Always so grateful for these two working in the morning!

Nice place, friendly staff and great customer service - only let downs are not much table space or child friendly (no child seats / high chairs available that I could see).

Quick service but my chai latte tastes like water. I get a Starbucks like once a year and never understand why its so popular. Will go elsewhere next time for a coffee treat. ☹

Busy little place but good service. It's hard to find parking if you are just ordering and leaving.

I am so shocked that I have to give any Starbucks a bad review.Today, I went in to order at the cashier instead of mobile. Boy!! Big mistake!!Not to mention the long wait, they forgot about my order.When I asked one of the staff about my order, he didn't even want to check. He said, "It will come when it comes. You just have to wait." (So rude tone as well.)I wasn't even complaining. I just asked politely.I was upset but still waited because I could see they were busy.After few more minutes of waiting, I asked the other staff. Also said same thing.Then, I told them that other people who ordered after me already got their orders and left long time ago. And, I opened up my receipt on my app and showed it to another (3rd) staff. He finally checked and said he's not sure what happened to it. Then, he apologized and made my order.I understand that they were busy, but was it too much for me to ask them to check on my order? Really?
