Yikes! I understand busy and high stress work but customer service is definitely lacking. Thought our order was being made but the drinks incorrect so I tried to correct the barista sheredin, however she rudly asked my name, told me they were not mine and rolled her eyes. Spent the entire time slamming things around extremely rude, spilt some of my drink and used her dirty apron to wipe it off, slammed our drinks down and stormed off.
Great staff! Accommodating to our business' needs :) Love purchasing from here!
It's hard to go wrong at a Starbucks. They're all very similar, well kept and clean. The staff are usually polite.
Disappointing that they closed a half hour early on Christmas Day with people waiting in the drive thru. Our order was completely wrong and at 2:30 they had shut the bar and said they couldn't fix it! It was supposed to be open till 3.
Service tonight was amazing. Loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere and inviting baristas. Lanie, Lilly, and Ayeisha were especially helpful with our complicated order.
Super friendly drive thru person, had a great quick chat with them. They were fairly new with short brown hair, they were so sweet
Usually fast and efficient service. Love that this is a drive through location. This time they were out of White chocolate sauce, but a lot of their locations were out of it as well.
VEGANS AND LACTOSE INTOLERANT/ALLERGIC BEWARE. This location is alarmingly inconsistent in adhering to Alternative Milk orders. Which is insulting on so many levels. This location doesn’t mind taking extra money for the alternative milk, and making you sick in the process. This has happened to myself multiple times. Management has been told multiple times, and yet the issue persists. Starbucks has completely lost my trust, faith and me as a customer.
Their Breve latte was subpar! Pretty disappointed as it lacked the kick, strength & was very foamy, diluted. We bought it through the driveway, else I’d have returned it. Sad that we had to trash it. :/
Omg we waited a good 20 mins at the It's Clayton heights drive-through when we got to the window the very sorry staff gave us our 2 drinks and a cookie on the house thank you Starbucks you guys are awesome
