I go to this Starbucks atleast 3 times a day ! Every single staff member knows my name and has always greeted me with so much joy and happiness! I just want to say you guys make my day everyday!!! Thank you we need people like your staff Shout out to Andre and brook!!! (Haha i think thats that the correct names )
Very rude staff of Starbucks Grandview Corners Staff at the cash counter and the barista too. As Covid has open restrictions, asked for the coffee to be served in a mug but refused because The cashier reply was that we as customers would’ve asked for the coffees in mug before hand when placing this order- so didn’t serve, And too much arrogance. BOO BOO ?what a horrible staff. Made a mistake to come to this Starbucks. ???
