As of late I find the service after 5 pm has been very delayed. I order via mobile app to have quick service and two days in a row I have had to wait my given time plus an extra 10-12 min making me rush for my daughters activities over in cloverdale. This one is the closest to my home but will start going elsewhere.
Try iced try tea latte with vanilla cold foam and strawberry drizzle/puree on top! So good.
Horrible location. Everytime i place an order to tgem through uber eats, at least 1 item is wrong. Literally every single time. Its not rocket science to make a drink. Last time i will be ordering from them.
Busy place, ordered grande strawberry coconut drink - not worth it. Will prefer to get it from different Starbucks store.
It was ok. Starbucks is Starbucks; however, length of time to serve was crazy long. Also I tried redeeming points and my app said different amount of points (much more) than their system, and the barista didn't know what to do.
Ive been a regular here since I was a kid and for many years, their service has always been the best and will be forever. Serve to perfection since I was a kid and till now. Im an adult now and nothing has changed about this place. When I was a kid, I would come from time to time and now, as an adult living beside Starbucks, is like a home cafe to me.
Seriously shouldn't have mobile when they can't keep up with it. Takes 20 minutes longer than expected pick up time to actually get 1 coffee. Not sure why they are so terribly slow here! There is always a ton of people waiting for mobile orders in the middle of a pandemic. No regulation on the amount of people in the waiting area. The worst!!!
This place was very friendly and costumers service is just very good barely had any mishaps with my orders but if they do they will fix it in no time.
The staff were very polite and helpful. Ordered hot chocolate which was not that great. Somehow didn't feel chocolatey enough and was so milky. Service was quick
Beverages were delicious, as always. With COVID protocol in place, it was still a nice experience
