this is my favourite starbucks!! the customer service is amazing and they’re so polite. they always fix any minor mistake they make and are never rude about it. I have never had a bad experience here.
The person running the drive through window, a lovely human, he has purple in his hair and is super sweet and friendly early in the morning makes my whole day being so bubbly.Keeps me coming back :)
Long long long lineup. Had to wait atleast 20 mins in the queue. But the drink was served pretty nicely and was good. Thanks

Mobile order. Disappointing service.One of the staff was rude when responding to questions. Also came for the festive REUSABLE red cups offered special for NOV 18 and was given paper cups. She kept insisting they were indeed the cups advertised...Had to ask someone else who clarified they had actually sold out earlier in the day.
I came through today and had a special request for my son for a Drink that was no longer on the menu and put it together and made it for my son. This employee's name is Esther she is phenomenal and I am glad that she is working for Starbucks and can do such special things for simple people. So thank you so very much Esther for making my Son's day.
They didn’t put the lid on the coffee properly and it spilled all over my hands and legs as I was driving away. Not great.
