today the day seemed to be very busy but even so one of the green-eyed attendants went with me because it was my first time at starbucks... I highly recommend it, best caramel ice cap with cream of my life

Wonderful location and really kind people. Beatriz, one of the attendants, was really nice to me; it was the nicest ice cap I'd ever had in my life.

This is the worst Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever seen! Takes forever for someone to take my order let alone make the coffee. The drive they line blocks all of traffic for surrounding business and even to get in! Pretty sure my ice in my ice coffee has melted by now.

Most time I have to wait for a long time and it has been closed since 2022-6-19

I've been to many Starbucks locations in the lower mainland and this location has by far the worst customer service and slowest drive-thru. It took the lady 15 minutes to take my order at the drive-thru speaker phone when there was only 3-4 cars in front of me that have already ordered. Are they not aware of the limited lot space in that area? The Starbucks at Pacific Link has a busier drive-thru and longer lineups than this location and yet they manage to get orders out reasonably quick...

Picked up two drinks from here tonight and both were supposed to be a grande but when we got home and felt the weight of both, they were awfully light. Upon opening both drinks, they were both essentially a "tall" inside! Ridiculous when you pay $13 for drinks you expected to be true to size.

So so disheartening to have such a lack of care or concern for customer service as I just experienced. This location has always been my #1, without fail, amazing customer service first choice to go to. I am always excited to be greeted here because the staff are so outgoing and caring, but tonight, it was the polar opposite. 100% the greeting to take my order was top notch as always and I ordered my order I get Every. Single. Time. Every time. I get up to the window and I get my coffee right away and I put it in my cup holder quickly thinking the frappe was coming too but it wasn't. I then listen to the two girls chat about one of them leaving and OH MY GOD WHAAAT ..WHAAAT... NOOO and the other one I DIDNT KNOW I WAS LEAVING...etc and then I finally get the frappe but it wasn't what I ordered so I asked "is that a caramel frappe?" And the reply was (as she sarcastically reads it off the cup like I had put it there) "noooo it's a vanilla bean lactose free frappe with no whip cream" and I say, I ordered a carame frappe not vanilla bean...and no I'm sorry I must have got that wrong..no just a sec we will remake that right now... she looks at the young man making drinks and says CAN YOU MAKE ME A CARRRAMELLLL FRAPPE. Then stands off to the side looking so disturbed and waits til its done...comes to the window down and says here you go have a nice night. STARBUCKS please look into who's manning your windows!!!!! I was not rude so why the immature treatment??

One of the slowest drive thru's I have ever experienced. Not on one but multiple incidents. Waited 8 min on sunday morning, only two cars ahead of me and their online app was off and three people working!! Avoid it when you are on the way to work or show up 30 min early to get just a drip coffee.

I swear, I have never been to Starbucks in a long time and I never really get anything, but when I went there the service was 5-star! They are so kind and have a wonderful service! They help you find a drink fit to what you like and recommend things. They even let you try the drink first before you leave to see if you like it! And if you don't like the drink they will adjust it to they way you like it! I will definitely be going back! Thanks Starbucks!
