We drove long way here at 30 minutes before the close, they refused to take order for two small kids who crave for something cold in this extreme weather. They had ”too many orders” but no customer services. Good for you but we will never come back.
Came here for dessert after dinner and this was the perfect choice. We shared the large mango binsoo with 4 people
Very rude staff. We were told we had to order to go because there wasnt any tables currently available and they didn't know when people would leave so we weren't given the option to wait. As we were waiting for our order a group left so we said we would eat in since there was now room. We were told that we were not allowed to eat a to go order inside but the only reason we ordered to go is because they told us we had to. We drove 30min to get here so we had to eat in the car even though they had free tables (and we saw even more groups leave as we were sitting in our car. This was also not at the end of the day so it's not like they were getting ready for closing). Will not be back to this location.
Stumbled upon this shop and my first take at bimbsoo. And man thanks to the lord I tried it. It was mind-blowing and amazing. The bowls are large and the ambience quite clean. Just a single person managing the kitchen and service, given that it was pretty quick .As said by other reviewers the host did need a hospitality course? . He wasn't rude to us as such but a certain warmth we have become used to in places serving dessert was Missing. He was just like a regular petrol station attendant. Even didn't said anything when I asked for suggestions saying it was my first try at bimbsoo.Anyway , go for the food. That's why you are reading the review.
I got the Mango Bingsoo to go, however when I got home and took it out of the bag I noticed the gentleman who made my order did not put any whipped topping. The prices are ridiculously absurd and they actually charge you more if you are ordering to go. So if I am being asked to pay extra for a takeout order I would expect it will be made the same as if I am dining in, if not better. I was also charged for a paper bag without being asked if I needed one. I even had to ask for a spoon since the worker didn't provide one in the bag which is an essential utensil to have this dessert. Customer service is lacking, there was no proper greeting or a simple 'thank-you have a good day' after my order was ready, just uncomfortable radio silence. I will definitely try more items on the menu but not from this location.
Bad experience! It was our first time at this location. There were people eating in the restaurant and the person said he was only serving takeout even when there were several other open tables available. When we got our takeout order he said that he didn’t have serviettes to give us. The containers were full and overflowing ! I’m very disappointed in this establishment, poor service and unhelpful server/owner. We’ve gone to the location in New West and they were excellent there. Next time we will make the drive across the bridge. Don’t waste your time here. I’m giving only 2 stars since the bingsoo was good.
Serving warm Nutella fish taiyaki, and strawberry bingsoo perfect combination!taste amazing!
Been to this location only 1 time and never going back.The gentleman who was helping prepare my order was very rude.This location is really the worst between all of them.
The kids and I love Bingsoo!! Can't wait to go in the summer!! The mango one is delicious ?
We go here when we feel like something special/different. Mango/Strawberry/Oreo/Cheesecake/Espresso are some of our favourites. Taiyaki is sooooo yummy too~~great fast service. Highly recommend.
