Such great bubble tea! 5/5! Too short staffed and sometimes you have to wait for 30 minutes for a bubble tea in that way 1/5.
The drinks tasted like powder ended up tossing it after a couple sips. Bad purchase will not come here again. don't get mango
Previous staff that worked here were a lot faster and had better attention to detail. Seems like the new staffs have been make a lot of errors which made me have to wait almost 10 minutes to get 1 drink. They didnt seem that busy with orders because before and I came in, they were just in the back preparing other things (not drinks). Note that this incident happened to me for the 3rd time with similar crew (probably not the exact same person though). Would not recommend this place anymore as the price rises with slower services.

Service was extremely slow and the cup was not sealed properly, leaked all over the bag when we got home.
They are the best share tea out of all the branches. The staff are very professional and acknowledged about their products. And the quality of taste is very consistent.
The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. Like many bubble tea places, you can adjust your sugar and ice levels. Hot or cold, I've never had a bad tea here. You can also download an app and order for pick up.

Their drinks are consistent, they give quite a bit of boba, the size of the drinks are good too. Milk tea, taro, any of the ice blended with ice cream are all good. Never a hit or miss. Keep it up!
