Delicious food items and so much of variety in the menu. We have been visiting Satya Asha for frequent breakfasts and snacks since last 3 years. The authentic taste continues. great team of servers, chefs and owners, always a delight to visit here. They have recently included Robots to serve food which is a fun element to see for all age groups!
Ordered puff pastry for take out along with tea and coffee. The serving girls were helpful and lady at the counter was helpful. The guy at the counter seemed stressed out and was not very friendly.Puff pastries tasted very good. However, chai seemed to from a cheap vending machine or made in batches earlier in the day. The coffee was very mediocre as well. Not worth $15 plus tax plus tip for the 2 teas and 1 coffee.
Their food is good sometimes but I wish they can work on keeping their place more clean specially their seats and table area. I love their new bots serving up your orders but the screen to acknowledge your order has so much of oily finger smudges and that its a little gross to touch. Please clean your not screen after every order drop off as well as get the crumbs off the bot shelves.
By far I have tried vada pav, samosa and vegetable plate and taste has been good so farI think I will recommend it to allUpdate - march 16,2023Tried chole puri and not disappointed at all.
I am a regular customer for almost 8 years now. Food is excellent and always fresh. Usually very busy restaurant; but its all worth it for the best food in surrey from parathas to chat and vada pav.
Best food! no comparison! but Sam the founder you do not seems happy all the time! Are you fine! missing something! missing India...Be polite in words I know you are gold from heart.. High five to you my friend!!
I’m a South Indian and impressed by the Dosa and poori! Definitely recommended to anyone who wants a taste of authentic Masala Dosa. Chutney was tasty too.
Pranthas were good but poor customer service, one girl was handling all tables ; should atleast hire more for better customer experience. We ordered coffee and it was too sour. Good but can still improve.
There is no professionalism in owners. Lady working at counter had no mask on but they had huge sign up for mandatory masks . Food was ok but service was missing. Server came to table only to drop food off . There was no courtesy of any kind or even a smile or thank you . Last thing rabri falooda was $9 including taxes but it was smaller in size then salt shaker beside it and it was also missing rabri .
This place has the worst customer service . I went there on a recommendation from someone and let me explain scenario:They asked us to sit on a spotThen we waited for around 20 mins just to place the order just because they were busy in cleaning the tablesFinally a waitress came to take order . And then i have to wait for another 25 mins just to get the dishes gor the foodAt the end i received my food after 40 minsStaff had no sorry even on their face .This is definitely not a restaurant where i will visit again.Attached the picture of empty restaurant at 2:00 pm , still have to spend 1.5 hrs for food
