Am live in near Guildford mall. Am always going sanjha Punjab sweethouse.. I know today’s little busy but am pay full money my order but my samosas as less than my order ..that’s not fair .. ?????
They're not following the hygiene rules on the shop. I saw one guy giving massage to his nose and take out nostile and go to the cash counter after that. And his employees also don't wearing gloves when putting sweets in box.......
Very poor customer service. Placed an average size order, waited in the line up only to pick up order after 30 minutes. They took 2 hours to make 6 lbs pakora. When we complained, instead of saying sorry the cashier arrogantly said “ you can buy from somewhere else.”
I don't know how they are in business, No greetings don't know how to do customer service. I ordered samosa which were not good enough but chutney served was so runny like water. As I saw other reviews looks like they don't even care but as a customer, I thought I should leave my review about what I felt.
If you guys can improve your website and customer service, five stars from me. No complaints about food but your associates big time arrogants. Learn how to do business
We ordered food for $256 including tea. Owner son charged us $7.50 for cup of Indian tea for 25 cups = 25* $7.50=$187.. when I checked our bill I asked him.owner son is very rude, no common sense and no customer service skills and owner is very rude. Called them one day head to make sure food should be ready by 11:15. But food was not ready until 11:;40 am. Old lady always answer phone but don’t know how to take orders. Bad bad bad customer service skills. Owner’s and his son’s Ego level is very high
Worst experience. Ordered 70 samosas and paid almost 95$ as I ordered on Doordash. I was not able to enter the instructions at the time when I ordered. I called the restaurant and asked them to please send enough chutney as I have 70 samosas and sometimes the chutney is not enough as they send less quantity. And requested for green chutney. The guy was so rude and not cooperative at all. I had a big order it would not hurt you that much cost wise and there was no need to be that rude. I wasted my money on these guys never going to order from here again. I would not even give them 1 star because they literally don't know how to talk.
Worst sweets ever. DO NOT BUY. The sweets I bought were very old don’t know how long they’ve been sitting on the shelf. I had to struggle to break the burfi piece into half. It was like a rubber. I have tried their food as well. Their food is good but for the sweets I would suggest to stay away if you don’t wanna get sick.
A long time customer. On this visit 03/1/22. I ordered samosas. Cost is now up to .75 each and i do understand, but not only that. They are under 1/2 the size they were. And the sauce is runny, not thick. And to top it off, it was served to me cold. Good luck with business, I will never return. And I will also tell everyone I can.
