Food and service used to be okay before. Ordered take out today and the lady just couldn’t understand what I was saying.I don’t mind repeating but when you are the one who doesn’t know how to speak English well. You shouldn’t be giving an attitude.Food was too greasy.
Daughter and I went for dinner there tonight ( or what we thought). We got seated and 15 mins went past no menus given, no water given . We were forgotten about . My daughter sat up in the booth and made eye contact with one of the servers but still know one came to our table after that . So we up and left . Won't go back! Poor service*** now reading up on reviews on here seems like we weren't the only ones with poor service /no service *****
Thought we would try this place for the first time. Very impressed with the teriyaki beef. My wife had the bento box which was huge. Will definitely be back.
My Husband and I went for dinner. The staff was very polite. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Our food arrived quickly and was great! The food wasn't over oily, was tasty and great flavour (they have special sauces). The price was also fair for the food, and they have special rates. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant again.
They have some pretty looking rolls! The scallop Oishi and mentaiko udon was pretty good. There is a lot of rice in the Toro oishi and the thiniest outline of toro I've ever seen... The uni pasta was a little disappointing... there were just 2 small pieces of over cooked uni on top. No uni taste in the cream at all.Sadly, It's my first and last time ordering from here as its quite pricy for the portions.
If you’re looking for a different Japanese style sushi place around Surrey specifically Guildford area, you must try this place. My friends and I dine here and we all got different food orders and we’ve tried each and every piece of it and all of them tastes really good. The place is small but organized according to Covid-19 protocol and clean.
The food I ordered was chicken yakisoba and it was really delicious. I will definitely order again.Thank you for your service and the great food.
I deleted my bad review because I felt bad, I’m not trying to hurt your business.Just make sure the food you send out is fresh, not old, not over cooked, and not reheated. I don’t know what was up with the chicken that day, it was dry, gray and stringy.However, I will still never come back again.
Absolutely loved the sushi and stir udon, taste and quality were great and server was polite on requests we made :) recommend visiting it
Do not order ramen from this place. I had the 'chashu miso ramen' ordered from Uber eats and it was downright indifferent from cheap Shin ramen packet instant noodles. Basically tasted like instant noodles boiled with veggies and soggy chashu pork. No miso or pork broth, just the noodle packet flavouring mixed with water. Definitely was not worth 15 dollars, considering there are far better and legitimate ramen places for the same price.
