They gave me wrong order and when I called them, they did not even apologized and started blaming other customers who took my order. It’s all their fault. They called that guy to pick that order (which was supposed to be mine). She said “oh we can’t do anything, it’s not our fault we were super busy”. At least teach your employees to apologize!!!
There is one guy most probably he was supervisor i asked him politely can you guys serve me as it was just 5 mins before closing and he was so rude aksed me what I want in such bad manner like asked him to give a part of his property and full of attitude not even looked at me bro if you don't like your job find something else no need to be difficult with the customers and also being difficult with the girl working with him and scolding her for no reason . How can you talk to your coworker in such a bad tone. I'm 100% sure that guy must have created a toxic work environment for everyone. I'll find your name and post it here but on a serious note find a job that doesn't include customer service. Pathetic guy.

Nice and best place to have burritos. I visited this place many times and every time I receive great service. The guys working there are really fast everytime I visit there i see the same boy, who works very professionally and makes perfect burritos.
Rude employees working during the 8 pm shift today. Manager should provide employees with training. Employees also talk in other languages, often insulting customers. Extremely rude and unacceptable . Also, employees are touching their tablets with the same gloves they are touching the food with.
