Service definitely depends on who you get, sometimes the person is sharp and nice, and this one person messed up my order but they fixed it so that was nice. Other times, they really look apathetic and slow. They’re usually not too slow with making the drinks though, it takes like 5-14 minutes depending on how busy it is.The taste is ok, it’s not the worst bubble tea I’ve had but I get it after work so it tastes better lol. I think they use powder for the drinks I’ve ordered (taro milk tea, mango milk tea, strawberry cloud). I do not reccomend the mango milk tea. The pearl texture is what I like, they don’t stick and they’re chewy but soft.
Do Not order from this shop. Your better off doing somewhere else!I Ordered a real fruit slush, however they made me a slush with milk and strawberries. After trying it I asked the store if I could try something different as the one I had ordered is not what I wanted.They initially said yes, however two staff then came from the back and up to me and my boyfriends table and began to interrogate us on what a real strawberry slush was.There was a white Caucasian man who was extremely rude and has no idea how to work in customer service.I told them that’s fine I just didn’t like it and if they could make me a different beverage. The staff said no and that I would need to buy another drink if I wanted. I felt so uncomfortable and I didn’t even take my drink with me and we just left.When they charge you $8 for a drink you would hope customer service would be on point.They should have either made a different drink or have given me a refund as I had only taken one sip.Anyways I will never be returning as well as letting my friends and family know this is not a customer service orientated place.Your better off going to any other bubble tea place! There is a great one across the mall, Pearl Fever!
I know people don’t read reviews for chain restaurants, but I’m writing this in the hopes that someone from higher management sees this. A cashier from this location is incredibly rude and condescending towards every single customer he interacts with. He’s an older Caucasian man. I work in service so I know how stressful a rush can be and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but his behaviour was upsetting to watch. He yelled at a child for having a drink order that was sold out!!! Completely unacceptable.In response to the owner: I’ll rescind my statement that he yelled at a child. But he was very rude nonetheless, and made the process of ordering boba feel like interrogated. Furthermore, I don’t appreciate having my judgement questioned so heavily. If you don’t want my feedback, that’s fine, but don’t go so low as to assume I’ve never ordered through a speaker.
Whenever I go to guildford, I can’t resist myself. Always end up buying their bubble tea. My favourite is Taro ❤️
During me and my friends experience at presto tea, it was not amazing. The person who served us was nice but after, there was a different guy server a mother yelling at her because of her lack of knowledge in English. After a while, the bubble tea was served. It came around 2minutes after ordering which was really fast but the tea looked amazing.e and my friend ordered their cloud tea and it looked amazing. But after a few sips we started to have a stomachache due to the sheer amount of sugar inside. We all ordered 70% less sugar but it tasted like shoving full cubes of sugar into your mouth. Especially with their terrible tasting pearls. So if you come to the mall, please go to other tea shops around.
Prices a little high compared to other bubble tea places around. Ordered the passion fruit slush and fresh mango slush - both with pearls. About $17 for both drinks.. seems expensive for what you get. Pearls were hard. I’ve had better elsewhere.
Came twice this week got the Okinawa tea. Both times it was good. Pearls were fresh.I wish you guys had a tip function on the debit machine I would tip everytime.

I love coming in and ordering my usual! So usual, that they've memorized my membership number there! Their drinks are so refreshing and I don't think I'll ever stop coming here.
Quality has taken a nose dive. Two times in a row tea flavour is completely missing, product tastes watered down. Massively disappointing, will not go back.I have received a reply to my google review from this business here on google, and attempted to write them back, but neither their email address nor website contact page is receiving emails. so I am putting my reply here:Thanks for your reply on google. Normally I would have said something in person but the sense I get at your shop these days is hurried and uninterested in customer experience. I came to be introduced to bubble tea in general at your spot, having the mindset that bubble tea is weird but then after having one being blown away. The tea flavour more than anything. So the disappointment I experienced last week was significant. To be honest, both times I felt the product was next to undrinkable.My son says it depends who's behind the counter, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. How can anyone run a business that way?Hope this feedback is useful.Sabine
