Terrible service! Went in to buy some sweets and was totally ignored for over 10 mins. Just left and went to another sweetshop down the road. I don't recommend it to anyone.the customer service is terrible and it's not like their sweets are that great either. Any of the sweetshops at Payal business centre are of the same or better quality.
I ordered 22 samosas today, I waited for a long time and when I went to go eat them I counted to make sure I had enough for my whole family and I counted only 18 samosas. I paid for 22 and only got 18. I called the restaurant but unfortunately they are closed now. I understand that the restaurant is closed now but they should have voicemail for customers to express their concerns or if something was wrong with their order. Now I have to explain my situation in the morning and i don’t know if they will understand and compensate me for this mistake.
Well, Prabu sweet has a great quality of food and sweets but their customer service is the worst. I believe during my visit the owner (older female) doesn't know how to have a conversation with customers.She got the worst customer service. Having an egoist approach will certainly take away a lot of customers from PRABU Sweets.My recommendation to Prabu Sweets, take some online customer service courses and try to be nice to customers. Being humble, kind, and respectful to customers will take your business to more heights!

Best ladoos, special burfi is amazing; people may suggest many places in Surrey, but this place serves the best chholey bhature too. Mix pakore and samosas are great too (take the unfried samosas and air fry myself).
No one can beat their Taste, I have tried many different kinds of sweets from their store. All of them are best.
Great sweets shop, can place order online. Pls call and remind them u have place online order to accept it else you may need to wait a while until your order is ready. Busy staff and also somewhat forgetful ?
Superb place to order Laddoos…Their Motiboondhi laddoo and Motichur are Fantabulous : Fresh and Tasty.Our only advice for Besanladdoo is - to limit the nuts used, and elaichi in Boondhiladdoo.., that will take these items to next level.
Gulab jamun were awesome ,so fresh, tasty.Sweets are so fresh.Neat clean and fast service.Good place for vegetarians.
