We ordered online and when we came in our chicken wasn't ready just yet but they were making it fresh, which we're happy to wait for because it's better fresh. The guy behind the counter (his name starts with an S but I don't remember it) gave us a free pop and cheesecake for the wait, he made sure we had everything we wanted and was super friendly. We've eating that other locations of this chain, this is our first here in BC. The restaurant was very clean, staff quite friendly. The food was very good the chicken not overcooked, the fries probably just came out of the fryer.I ordered the four piece platter, and paid $1 more to upgrade from a wing to a thigh. The rest of the meal consisted of a chicken breast another thigh and a leg.I was disappointed seeing the sign on the window saying five piece with two biscuits two medium drinks and two small sides but basically what I paid for the four piece. It would have been nice if this was suggested as some restaurants do.Overall though it was a nice experience, a restaurant that we will be sure to come back to visit.
The Fraser Heights Popeyes location is clean and well kept. The service is also extremely fast and the chicken tastes fantastic! I am excited to come back to this location again.
Not as good as advertised. I was expecting something amazing based on what everyone and their commercials say. Typical fast food fried chicken. Mary Browns is way better for the same price. Their chicken is fresh, Popeyes tastes like it has been frozen.
Omg I had their classic chicken burger and all I can say is wow this is amazing fresh hot and the size was huge. I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. Bye-bye KFC hello Popeyes chicken. Plus the staff was really friendly and read back your order to make sure it was correct. The restaurant was very clean and the shift leader that was on shift on April 22 2022 at 1:30 pm.was so nice and friendly. My family and I will definitely support Popeyes chicken and will pass this goodness onto our friends and family
Excellent service. The spicy chicken burger is almost always fresh. And this is true for most Popeyes location and they are also open later than most other joints. Thanks a ton to the staff was a nice experience. Definitely recommend this as a very stellar chicken experience to enjoy.
Chicken was good. Fries and onion rings were great. But the burger was very greasy. Had a strong oily taste. The gravy was chunky. Not sure if that was intentional. It wasn't lumpy, it just looked like it had shredded meat mixed into it which is odd. Maybe that's just how they do it.I loved the chicken strips. But the dips had an unusual flavor. I tried a few different ones and couldn't find one that I liked.This was my first time eating there. I was expecting it to taste like KFC but it had a completely different flavor. Still great food but it didn't have that flavor kick that the colonel uses. Food was good quality and fresh though. Seems to be better quality than KFC but with a little less flavour.
I ordered a 16 piece Family meal on the Popeyes app. It took over 40 minutes for it to prepared somehow. Whats the point in ordering in advance if they take that long? Its fast food not “when we feel like it food”. Absolutely atrocious experience at this location and the staff don't do anything to remedy that. If you want to have a good day avoid this Popeyes location please!
First and last time getting chicken from here. Came home to eat, and the chicken tasted old and stale. Definitely wasn't fresh. Had one piece and threw the rest out. They didn't have any coleslaw salad, but that was due to shipping issues, which is understandable during these times. However the chicken tasting the way it did, definitely do not recommend this spot. Dissapointing.
Service is polite; takes a little while to prepare orders on certain times but generally they're pretty quick. Chicken is to be expected for every Popeyes location and their biscuits are very good. Overall, a good location and is conveniently placed near a highway for easy access
