I came here recently near closing time and the staff still took my order even though it was a large one. The food was amazing! The chicken tenders were not dry at all they were very juicy and my burger combos were fresh and just delicious! The staff was super friendly and very helpful especially Dilber, Jasmeen, and Shannon who made sure my order was correct and perfect. They all made sure my order went smooth and made my evening! They were very polite and friendly! Amazing customer service!!!
Chicken is not as good as the one in south Surrey, this branch has small chicken and dry on the outside. Meat is tender but not moist. Dry meal I got plus not spicy even though it is spicy ?♀️ The staff was decent but if this is what they are serving for their price I rather go the church chicken in fleetwood but with change in staff seems like quality goes down
My experience at Popeyes was very good. I came here today with my friends .Front counter girl was very kind and polite. Her name was Jasmeen as There was a wait for chicken . When the order was ready she gave us 1 piece extra. Her Excellent service was very impressive. Highly recommended it's like no where else.
Good fried chicken and friendly staff. The onion rings I ordered were stone cold, but they happily replaced them with fresh ones (as they should). Lose a star anyways as cold food should have never been served. If I was ordering take out, I would have been stuck.
The best food served so warm and fresh at Popeye's Surrey. Combos are portioned generously enough to fill you up. The staff is super hospitable. Loving my visit every time
I went there last day to place a take out order and was attended by a girl named Jashan. She was absolutely stunning with generous qualities of kindness and respect. I ordered Spicy Delux sandwich which was very good in taste. I also asked for extra Ranch sauce which I know they guys generally don’t give but she gave me for free that time. Really recommended!!
Very disappointing it was today. All chicken pieces were old and dry. There was nothing spicy in the spicy chicken. Onion Rings were soggy too. Just 2 sachets of ketchup with 5 pieces of chicken and onion rings.The only reason giving it 3 stars was because of the lady Priscilla who took our order, she was super nice and friendly.They need to improve their quality.
I was really disappointed by this location. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and only got 1 pickle in each. The chicken was really dry. One piece was so hard I had to spit it out. Couldn't finish it. That was a first cause I usually love popeyes.
I came in to try the new spicy fish flounder. Unfortunately it was a promotion and Popeyes stopped serving it the day prior. I told the shift leader I didn’t eat chicken and was disappointed I couldn’t try it. The shift leader Harpreet understood this and went above and beyond and prepare me a custom spicy fish flounder using three of the smaller pieces. I know they don’t do this normally and really appreciated the service at this location. Highly recommended!
They serve halal chicken. Which is good. We used to love Popeyes but something has changed recently or past year, I find their chicken fries are too salty and over coocked. Initially I thought it was in issue on our nearest branch, but tried another branch in Richmond and in Toronto, same thing. We still go there time to time, not much as used to be.
