Horrible customer service ; my son called for a pick up order, he specifically asked for samosas with channa packed separately. When he came home and opened the order the food was packed together in 1 container it was a soggi mush. Needless to say no one ate it . I called the restaurant. The girl on the phone said it must’ve been a communication error with the order. I spoke to her in part Punjabi so she would understand the frustration; my son made the order in English; I told the girl I was speaking to if while taking the order on the phone if Punjabi was preferred for better understanding they should’ve mentioned it and we could’ve made the order in Punjabi……
Went there to spend some alone time. Ordered manchurian feeling like eating a bunch of ginger n garlic paste. They didnt had drink then ordered peach smoothie after 20 mints server is coming and telling sorry we dont have that neither gave any options what else they have to serve?♀️. Even i also work in a restaurant. When i went to pay at reception girls were so confused about orders punching and takeouts. They were so messed up. Doesnt know how to handle just felt like no proper training was given. As far my experience i ended up giving no tips.

The chilli chicken has sweet flavour and the Baigan Bhartha was so salty with tons of turmeric yuck! It was such a waste of time and money! Better stay off this place. Never ever going back!

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant’s service and great tasting food! I was visiting Surrey for some time and found myself coming back to this restaurant countless times (more than once a week). The employees are kind and make sure that you are satisfied. The food, on the other hand, is just phenomenal!!! There’s a noticeable difference in flavor that i haven’t experienced at any other restaurant.
Worst ever service provided by this restaurant across whole world. We ordered couple of beers and the server misheard us and got us wrong beer's. We asked her politely that this is what we didn’t order can you get us the beers we ordered and in a minute she had the came and she had the audacity to say that it wasn’t our fault so you have to drink the beers we got and which was already opened and I guess I am forgetting something yes that is the late service and the owner giving you an evil eye whenever you are eating??
I was incredibly disappointed. This was my favourite restraunt for over a decade but after returning recently I'll never go back. Getting our drinks took over 20 minutes both the first and second time we ordered, and the food was up charged from the menu. The prices on the menu THEY provided were inaccurate and lead to about a $10 difference in the bill. The food was good but not worth it at all. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
I recommend to all this is best indian restuarant in surrey and food is very tasty and fresh and staff is very friendly and nice. must visit its really worthy and owner is so nice.

Their place was stinking, very weird. How come they don't notice it ? Or people got used to this smell.. Especially the middle side of sitting area it was like the place stayed in water for so long. I couldn't eat because of that bad smell. Would've left the place right away but i was hungry , but Will never go there in future.. it was my first and last visit.. if the front area was like this then i cannot imagine how the kitchen is from inside. If the place is really old that's why it stinks, may be use air freshner, just a suggestion..
