When pizza hut runs out of cheese, this is a good example of cost cutting from pizza hut at 88, feels like a scam, definitely not ordering from there again. ?

I honestly can't say I've had bad pizza from this location over the years and only one time I had a bad experience ordering for delivery and I'll never do that again just pick your pizza up if you're close by it's always good!

Worst pizza hut store ever made us wait 45-50 minutes and the pizzas were cold they like to take your order but will fulfill the delivery apps orders first no regard for in store customer and disgusting food

Placed an online order and realized I made a mistake on the delivery time as soon as I pushed the button. Tried to call restaurant immediately but after being on hold for 10 minutes the call was forwarded to national call center which said they couldn't do anything and to call the restaurant (so I was stuck in an endless unhelpful loop). Tried over and over again and couldn't get a hold of the restaurant directly. I realize it was my mistake but people make mistakes and there should be a way to fix it. Very disappointing customer service.
Worst store ever waited 11/2 hours for my pizza got a credit.......but at store level......trying finding their number so after over an hour on hold thru the order line they finally get thru to the store. But we were already eating the Domino s pizza I ordered 30 mins into being put on hold
Tasty pie a little tardy making my order but overall it's the hut.tons of parking here.timmies is a one minute walk away grab that mocha to wash down that pie.thank you.bona petit.
If zero was available I would rate it that. The location at 88 and 124 (Nordel) is the worst. 2 hours for a delivery, phone line just rings busy. Finally get through to central customer service and they can't do anything. While on hold 20 minutes, the driver shows up with everything cold ...i live 2 minutes away. They offer a refund in 7-10 business days but refuse to give out the name of either the store manager or the franchisee. Told them to have my cash ready, I'll be by after we heat up the pizza we paid them to cook
