Recently, I heard about them not paying one of their employees so I thought I’d share my own experience. I worked here for about 4 days in 2018 but they told me that training would be 2 days long and both shifts would only be about four hours long. Instead I ended up working four days and all my shifts exceeded four hours. They told me that if they still liked me after two days that they’d hire me and even asked for my direct deposit information. The following week they told me that they didn’t need me anymore. I think the manager comes up with schemes to get free labour so be careful. Also, if they didn’t pay you your wages, you can file a complaint by going to the BC government website. I didn’t know this back then but I wish I did, just remember to write down the times and dates you’ve worked!!

Went here yesterday and the asian girl with glasses gave me a wonderful customer service! She’s so kind and listens to what I really prefer. The pita and smoothie was really good, too. Definitely a good place to go on a rush hour
Went to Pita pit day before yesterday. Worst pita ever! I ordered black bean w/ Falafel DM; both of their pieces were not cut properly. So big pieces of black bean and falafel, and ask guy to put hummus, he just put it all in middle and same with tzatziki sauce. You guys need to train your staff properly to make a good pita.

They cancelled my UberEats order after I waited 30 min. When I called them the manager's explanation was "it was so busy we didn't know what to do"! No idea why they couldn't have called me sooner!

The service was good but the food prep counter was not clean and take out bags were put on it too which is nasty. I ordered a large salad and a frozen yogurt which was $20 and it had no flavour. It should have been twice the size for that price, I won't be back.
Ordered with skip the dishes. Frozen yogurt was missing the strawberries they replaced it with iced up (freezer tasting) cheese cake bits. The pit I got was so hot I could barely finish it I usually love hot food but I think this was a prank... Pita pit never again ?
