I used to come here often until either the chef or management changed. Before it was very worth it, the prices weren't as high but more importantly they used to be very generous with the ingredients and the soup base was light. I usually get #4, noodles with beef tripe and beef slices. Currently they don't put much beef tripe at all which is disappointing. They didn't have good service either, not really greeting me when I went in, not checking up if I needed anything, and just taking the menu away from me when I wasn't done with it.

Mediocre at best. This place is run down. Their spring roll are chewy because they re-fry or double fry their old spring rolls hence the texture is doughy instead of cruncy. Got the lemongrass chicken with rice. The biggest portion of all is the rice. The lemongrass chicken had very little marination and chicken portion was two small pieces. Not recommended as there are other pho places that really cares about the food. This place needs to wake up. Not giving a one star because their service is actually quick and prompt - hence the two star. Food is dissapointing.

food is tasty, but we've had takeout twice now, and twice we've had bad stomache, diarrhea and potentially cause of Salmonella. With a kid, we can't risk it anymore so can't buy from here.TLDR: beware of raw, bad food, food is tasty though

It is my favorite Pho restaurant but only for dine in, not take out. I ordered once to take out but ended up the soup wasn't hot enough and the noodles stuck together ! Portions are generous with reasonable price. The only downfall is the free parking space is limited but there are plenty of pay parking in the Safeway that opposite from the restaurant.

This is the best pho place I've ever been to. Fresh Big portion served FAST and people are super nice.Little heads up: cash only and limited parking

Food is ok.They accept cash only. (Not even a debit. Wonder why...)They need to work on the interrior. We're not expecting anything fancy but at least organized hall. They stack boxes right next to a table where customers are dining. The plate they were serving was dripping with water.

Wow, I am impressed. Parking is a bit limited in the strip mall, as it shares with multiple businesses. The pho broth tasted great and was quite clear. Pretty good value for a large pho and springroll. The springroll tasted great too. Place has seen better days, but still makes great food.

Pho Tam is well known around Metro Vancouver for its pho broth and I often dream of their crispy spring rolls. These are the best spring rolls you will ever eat! I've been eating here for over two decades with friends and family.Cash only.

So good!! Simply delicious and quick service

A bit pricey for the quality of food. The Pho Ga (chicken Pho) had bad cuts of chicken, including one very large chunk of boiled skin, too much noodle, and not enough broth. Chicken chow mein was just ok, but the noodles are vermicelli instead of egg noodles, which is not a good substitute. The rice and pork was pretty dry. Probably won't go again.
