It's really good food When I'm in the area that's the only place I go
Dear Marry Juvin Porcalla,Regarding your commendation. Sometimes communication is misunderstood. I was there and heard everything when you made an order of one large only it means only one order, but when you mentioned number 2 (TWO) only and keep saying on and on that is where the confusion comes from. However, I had corrected and replaced all orders just to make you and your families happy as our value customer even though your dad didn't want us to change them, we did them anyway. She doesn't yell but the action of our culture's way of speaking English sounds like yelling but we are not. We tried our best to fix the matter when any customers are not happy about any order that he or she made. We appreciate your understanding. See you again!!
My family is a regular customer here. For the first time I had a terrible experience with the owner. I said only one large for number two and the lady kept on getting mad when I said the order wasn't right. She gave number one large, and the rest was medium. When it should have been number two. I even pointed at my bf that it's his only his order that wants a large. Everyone else is a medium. She had a freak out and started yelling at me and said " I don't care, I'm not exchanging anymore" which made me feel awkward and embarrassed. I said " why are you yelling? " I even heard her say to her co workers that she doesn't care. She is apparently the owner of the restaurant but has poor customer service.
Went with the family. The food is affordable, and the soups are nice. Not much flavor in the noodles unless you want to add sriracha or hoisin.
It is the best Vietnamese soup I have ever had. My suggestion is to try.I actually met with the owner and interview her about how she is making her soup. “ she told me that she made her soup like 18 hour, and each soup has its own recipe, dependents on how long and which kind.”
Their spring roll is the best and comes with best sauce i ever tasted. Their pho is great too and the server is very kind. Fast service.

Food was okay but the serving bowls, including spoons that were provided to us were dirty as I could see some leftover food stuck on it. I asked the lady to change the bowls, and she did, but didn’t bother to apologize. I will not be going back to this restaurant.
I went here for dinner around 7:30 pm. Tge place iS small amd tidy by its own standard. Just no fuzzy and frills place, you come here and eat and go. I have been here before and since I was in the area and hungry, i though i would stop buy for dinner. The Guy attending is not checking of people are vaccinated or not. He did not check me nor the other's that came after me. Anyhow i ordered chicken pho. The soup base was good. I also ordered fried spring roll. It was good but too oily. May be drin the oil a bit more. Overall, it is just a typical Pho place, nothing particularly exceptional on the menu.
I been dining here for many many years cause I work close by. The best pho place in surrey hands down. I remember back in the day, a lady would give rice to homeless people that came in that was hungry. Don't know why that small gesture was so memorable for me. But my favs here is beef stew, bun Bo hue, and the house special. Depending on my mood. They always so accommodating to me ordering before I even get there. Much appreciated. You have my business as long as I still work out here haha
