If I could only use 1 word to describe this place now it would be… terrible. Quality of pho has worsened dramatically over the last 3 years. This used to be my go to place as it was close to home and food was genuinely enjoyable however the change in management resulted in them completely changing their ingredients into cheap, terrible tasting garbage. The taste as if someone has soaked a paper towel in water and the meat looks like they cut up a rat in the back before serving it to you. Highly would not recommend this place no matter how hungry you are. Better off saving your money and eating chips from the gas station across the road.

I just ordered from Uber Eats. I can't tell if they've given me someone else's leftover rice noodles. My noodles are all less than 1 inch long. Either they gave me someone's half eaten noodles, or they overcooked them and gave them to me anyways.The amount of noodles was also abysmal compared to the normal amount.
I just ordered through Uber Eats— the food tasted good at first but as it sat in the container I noticed the food tasted like the plastic container which didn’t taste good. I don’t think it’s a good idea to put piping hot food in a plastic container with a plastic film over it.Change your to go containers— this isn’t healthy for customers!
Listen to the plethora of 1- and 2- star reviews here. The food is overpriced and low quality. The pho is served with stale, dry, and cheap noodles. The drinks are decent, but considering the price, you'd think they were gimmicks to attract unsuspecting customers (which they are). There are plenty of high quality pho restaurants in Surrey, sadly, this is not one of them. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
Sate pho was one of the best dishes. I ate some this past July. The portion sizes are small, the soup lukewarm and distasteful, rare meat wouldn't cook. Very underwhelming experience. If management wants to offer better services and plan for improvement, I will gladly remove this review.

Idk what the other reviews are talking about I've ordered from here a few times and every time it was super fresh and yummy
Yikes. Food was cold and bland. The broth to the Pho was oily, and had nearly no tendon, beef or tripe. Waited over an hour for delivery as well, not on fault of the drivers but due to delay of the restaurant.
