Been to this location multiple times and I usually get a mango smoothie with pearls. I usually have a positive experience but the last 3 times I’ve been here the pearls have been cold and not cooked properly. They have been hard in the center and don’t even fit through the straw because there all stuck together. Customer service needs improvement too. If you come here during the day during busy hours, you’ll sometimes be waiting 20 minutes for one drink…. prices aren’t that great either, but if you only come here one in a while I guess it’s alright to spend $7 for one drink. I would highly recommend other bubble tea shops in Guildford mall or around the area — good taste and much cheaperEdit: they claim that if you email them you’ll get customer service help, but they don’t respond to their emails. I emailed them 9 days ago and still no reply.
great bubble tea all the time! although one time a worker swore at me for not picking up my drink after he called it out once, so i prefer the delta pearl fever instead since their staff is more friendly
Consistent bubble tea for years. I wish the indoor dining was brought back since they seem to have the space. The drinks are a little on the sweet side, but I would still return if in the area. Strawberry green tea with mango jelly pictured.
Friendly staff, great drink selection. Anything on the menu is fantastic. Pearl Fever is our favorite bubble tea place because of the huge selection of drinks!

100% My Go-To Bubble Tea shop for their awesome rewards program and app!Its probably the most affordable and reliable Bubble Tea Franchise out there with monthly promos, mix and match options, plus I had my Birthday Freebie earlier this month which was honestly such a suprise! The staff at most Pearl Fevers are also super chill and efficient too!
Even though big names have landed in Vancouver, pearl fever is still my to-go place for bubble tea. One thing I'd like to suggest is that it might be better if the music volume can be reduced a bit (since dine-in is not allowed anyways). The employee couldn't hear me very well and ended up not following my order perfectly. Nevertheless I still enjoyed the visit.
I like Bubble fever but this location lacks on service and not very welcoming. Hope you guys improve your customer service!
I've tried both Langley and Surrey locations. Both excellent service. My favourite is the strawberry-banana smoothie. Always perfect everytime. Keep it up!
