Ordered here for the first time and food was really good. I ordered Mixed sharwarma plate, side order of falafel and babaganoush. All delicious. Great portions, reasonable prices, nice staff. I definitely would recommend and I will add this place to my regular rotation :)

By far the best donair place in surrey. Great quantity and quality. Reasonable price. Clean and tidy. Best customer service. Friendly staff.

It was our first time. The food was nice and clean. The guy was on his own and he served us very quick and was calm and nice. We had Lamb gyro and mix shawarma and we enjoyed it.Thank you. Jeny

Always the best. Their homemade wrap bread is truly incredible and generous helpings of juicy vegetable fixings make the difference. Fantastic on the sauces like tahini and hummous as well! This place is the only restaurant l get falafel at...worth the wait!

Ordered the chicken salad and baba ganoosh through UberEats and it was extremely satisfying! I wanted to opt for a healthy food option and these dishes did not disappoint. The ingredients taste fresh and tasty when combined together. Highly recommend!

Edit: revised from 1 star review. The owner contacted me and apologized. Skip the dishes refunded the dish that was not edible. Owner offered a refund or a future order if Skip the dishes didn't authorize a refund. I may try this restaurant I'm future but will never order through Skip the dishes again.Original: Ordered through Skip the Dishes. Chicken skewer was undercooked and rice was cold moments after receiving order. Skip only offered a $5 credit to my account. I called the restaurant directly, the staff who answered said that after asking the kitchen that the chicken was cooked. I originally thought the pink in the middle was the marinade but it was not warm to the touch. The staff who answered the phone said the owner would have to call me later to find a solution. They have great reviews and the food smells great but I was unable to try it. Neither the Restaurant or Skip were able to get me dinner tonight.Very disappointed in the experience over all. While I cannot put full fault on the restaurant for their ability to resolve the issue it is their choice to partnered with Skip the Dishes and for the undercooked food.

I have been visiting here from 3/4 yearsThe place is still same with same tasteEverything is cooked fresh made perfectly as per your taste buds and amazing

The food is good actually really good!… but if you want good service or even to be treated with the slightest but of respect from the guy at the front, dont go here. He was super rude I even asked to have the wrap cut in half when I was placing the order it was not cut in half when I received it I kindly asked him to cut it in half he gave me the dirtiest look and did not say a word and went to the back to get the cutting board and cut the wrap in half for me but even when I was ordering he was very rude his tone was horrible and you just don’t feel appreciated because at the end of the day you choose to go to somebody’s business and if they don’t respect you While you’re in the restaurant then you were at the wrong place

I had a chicken shawarma which truly was first class. The last time I ate a chicken shawarma was at “Sam’s in Cyprus and I never thought I would find a one as good as Sam’s. It turns out I was wrong and the one I had today at Palmyra was as good and possibly better than Sam’s. I highly recommend Palmyra for excellent food and excellent customer service. The server from Syria was great! I will certainly be back again!

- We took the chicken plate & salad- taste/ flavour wise we found it pretty bland & meh, which could be worked upon.- pita turned out to be a bit on the harder side- Falafel were incredible! - crisp and soft inside. The owner Wafa is from Syria & strives to present local flavours, she was incredibly hospitable!
