We've been going to this location for many years and the last while its been on a downward slide. Food was terrible, presentation poor and portion size lacking. We won't be back. Also your canned response from head office shows lack of care and attention. Every customer is different as is their experience and deserves a response specific to their situation. A cut and paste of the same sentences from one review to the next is unacceptable.
Staff are well trained and they have fast service. They offer new drink product for trial.
Tried Peri-Peri chicken bowl + half avocado..It was nice and loved the fact that the place wasn't crowded.
Today I tried chicken caesar wrap and it was delicious. Also, the staff Vanessa and front-end attendant Manmeet was super sweet and good with suggestions. Highly recommend this location for eating with friends and family.Thankyou for your kind service Nando’s. We’ll be back soon.

They can't even get a simple order right. They forgot my sandwich and of course you find out when you get home so no one wants to drive back. The ratings for this place are clearly spammed. It should be closer to a 2 star.
We went here for the first time, the chicken is fresh and very juicy. It's a little pricey but makes up for the place being generally clean and Friendly staff. Nice place for a small lunch/dinner.
So I order take out and asked for extra breast in my peri chicken bowl. After emailing them a picture they basically lied to me. We all make mistakes but lieing to a paying customer really makes me made. Never ordering here again you should do the same
