I’m not sure what the hype is about this place. I had a take-order. Paid almost $8 for extra hummus for our pitas because they shoved a couple scoops in a box. $4+ for a gingerale. No sauce. I didn’t realize you had to buy an extra bottle. Like a whole bottle. Over $50 for a salad, bowl and no dressing. And $14 for hummus with a couple pieces of dried up pita.
Service was not good. Noticed that there was smoke all around in the dining area and whole restaurant. One item from our order was placed wrong.
The side order that comes with the share pack “whole chicken “ is a joke. We ordered fries and spice rice as our side that comes with the order. We all know how much does potatoes and rice cost, it would be nice if Nando’s at least to give enough foods to go around.Unfortunately, all the foods are gone but I will attached the box size so you can be the judge. This is the last time I order from Nando as our office lunch. This is the third times and they have been constantly provide the lack of portion size. I have to go to Domino’s after because we ran out of foods, people are still hungry. The two whole chicken are to share between 8 people. The box of fries that comes with it easily only enough for two people. Perhaps they should take a look at Five Guys the amount of fries they give you with the burger is generous and over our expectations.I called and speaks to the manager and she said will pass on the message to head office. I am sure nothing would happen or change and decided to share this with everyone.
Not a regular here but have been to two other Nandos, including. dntn Chicago. Chicken was marvelous; tasty and moist. Staff was helpful and patient. Admittedly wealth went for the lesser spiciness. Still lots of flavor.
Still the best! Nothing beats that peri sauce.
Went with my boyfriend the other night for dinner. Ordered the half chicken, and 2 sides. For over 20$, you'd imagine ALL the chicken you would receive would be edible right? Well no. This is is half of our chicken looked like! That's not even worth money, and of course we couldn't eat that. Not the front end peoples fault, but sad you'd cut this and put it on someone's plate. I left feeling so upset that I spent my money night out with my bf on some chicken bones. 2 stars for the fries.This man also came in without a mask, keeping his distance from everyone else. When the evening supervisor asked him 3 times why he wasn't wearing one, he said each time he is exempt. She kept asking louder and louder and the poor man was clearly being embarrassed. I could hear his answers on the other side of the restaurant.... how could she possibly not hear him 5 feet away. She was so rude, and obviously was trying to embarrass the man. I won't ever be back. I also work across the street at save on foods and will be sharing my experience.
Great quality and service! When you ask for extra sauce in other Nando's, they are always stingy. This one was extremely accommodating! Also, they have a pop machine with my favourite drink!
Asked for well done chicken and this is what we got... Looks like it was tossed on the grill for a second.
Freshly made chicken and fries are awesome. Peri- peri sauce all are excellent with spice level. The salad and the wraps are also mouth watering. My favorite things is grilled corn, that remind me of my childhood. Good customer service.
Every time I order from here there is something missing or incorrect in my order. Hire staff that are competent, the useless apologies don’t help.
