The food is delicious, the place is cheerful, the menu options are fresh and rich. It is a delicious, nice and clean place. Good vibes there
Normally people post food on plate but I am so happy with the new renovations and the ambience of new wide open dine in place with the great selection of music ? loved it and will come back again
Simple delicious succulent chicken, bold flavors and great service. Creamy garlic mashed potatoes perfectly balanced. Totally hit the spot today.
Manager was very rude. They made a mistake in their order, and wanted us to pay for something which we never wanted, when we questioned. He left without answering it, He further sent one of our employee, don’t know her name, but she is black, and was very rude, and left the receipt at my table. After questioning, she said you have to pay. Never had such customer experience ever in before. We felt so embarrassed, not wanted to stay there for even 1 more min. we pack the food and decided to leave right away. Never ever going there again. I have had friends and my family going there, shared that experience with them. Never ever going there.
Very pleased with my first time eating in last Thursday at the Guildford location. Staff was friendly especially a tall blond white girl she was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely will be coming back soon.
Have ordered from Nandos 4 to 5 times now and also dined in once. Always consistent taste with emphasis on quality. Chicken Breast is always cooked perfectly amd not rubbery. Satisfied with the portion size. Good flavors in the sides too.
We ordered chicken breast n fries. Amazing. Very good portion size. Very quick service. Vast variety of soft drinks available, better to go for FREESTYLE i.e. take Mug from them and self serve rather than to go for packed pop.
I really like this Nando's location. The staff here are always very friendly. Our food always comes out hot and fresh. I find other locations aren't marinating their chicken properly so it can be bland and dry but the chicken is always tender and flavourful at this location.
This is the only Nando's that doesn't put parsley on their coleslaw. I asked them about it and they say we never do. I suggested that they should, other Nando's do and they literally stood there telling me I'm wrong. I'm like are you kidding. "its not in our recipe" I tell them well ask around. For one it needs color and that it needs those aromatics. I'm a Chef for 30 years its a game changer on their coleslaw. Its not the end of the world but to argue me without saying we can look into it or we'll send your suggestion to management they just said what they said. Food is great, original server was good too. 2 star for the disregard of they way they handled it.
