I ordered their House special: Lanzhou beef noodle soup, the soup was very salty and I did not finish the soup. Beef was so so, nothing special. The portion of the noodle was very small and still felt hungry after the meal. Not recommending going there.
Wow what up large menu for such a tiny location. Food was awesome. Prices were Fair. I did take out, and the flavor was NOT a disappointment.I absolutely love Noodle dishes, and there were many to choose from. So perfect for those of us who live close by, I can just walk over.
This place has since been closed down***I've only been here once and tried two items. I had the Lanzhou beef noodle soup which was tasty but the broth was so boring despite it's fantastic smell. I also tried there pan friend beef wraps which were good. I will say the portions at this place are quite large which is always a plus and staff were friendly.
Over the past year, we've been trying to find a Chinese restaurant in the area that we really love, something that has our favourites, but a cut above the rest. On paper, Menz didn't seem to have any of our favourites, think stereotypical westernized Chinese dishes, but we decided to phone in, spoke to a super friendly lady and asked some questions.In the end we opted for 3 dishes that seemed close, we would've been happy if one or two were a match that we'd like. Let me tell you, these dishes were amazing, similar to what we like, only better, they had that special something that makes you happy inside, the extra bit that's a cut above the rest.We had leftovers, so that was the second test. Reheating these types of dishes usually doesn't turn out so well, often because they're overly gelatinous. Not with these, they were great when reheated the next day.I'm so glad we looked beyond the names of dishes and found our new go-to. Loving the photos everyone has contributed, gave us great ideas for the next order.
Great place to go! I still cannot remember the name of the dishes... sorry. Some veggie&ground meat with cold noodles and beef soup. Both were good. Unfamiliar menu to me. ( it is different styles than other regular Chinese restaurant) fresh taste. Especially I like their chilly oil. I don’t know why. But it is tasty.
This review is for the meal I had a couple months ago - the tomato egg noodle soup. It was a delicious blend of flavour then. However Today at lunch it was not the same dish (it was not sweet and sour this time).
I am super surprised how satisfied I am with a Lanzhou noodle house. The cold spicy noodles are so amazing. The fried chicken crispy and sweet sour chicken so delicious! I am so full. This place is spacious and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back.

Do yourself a favor and try the food in this restaurant!! ? We were on our way to get hamburgers lol and saw the restaurant and decided to stop by and try it out... We are so glad we did! Service was excellent, fast and the prices are not bad at all! We will be visiting this place again! You can also order it from Uber Eats, Doordash or Skipthedishes
First time there today and everything was excellent! Fantastic flavour balance, freshly cooked and the presentation was lovely. No MSG!!! Our server was very knowledgeable and casually brought me a fork. Obviously she was quietly observing my struggle with the chopsticks (lol). We will be back regularly!!!
