Anytime I've gone the girl greets us and smiles , shes nice and the place is pretty clean. One time a friend and I went just 3 minutes to closing time and she happily encouraged us to come in and take our time choosing what we wanted ! Great service thank you.
I was unaware that this place was self-serve. The girl working here was very rude to me regarding this. When I asked for a lid for my cup of frozen yogurt, she slammed it down on the counter for me. I think she was very annoyed with something. This frozen yogurt was very pricey $8 and I didn't even get a full cup. This business then has the nerve to put a tip option on the debit transaction.There wasn't a tip from me and I won't be returning here

Nice spot but man is the ice cream overpriced. Better off getting a large size blizzard from DQ and it’ll still be cheaper. Paid $35 for under 1kg of ice cream when at the store could’ve gotten 3 gallons for the same price. Staff were friendly

Menchies offers delicious treats when you have a sweet tooth craving. There are multiple flavours and toppings available. This location also serves cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory so you don't need to cross the border to satisfy your craving. Whenever I drive by the area, I do find myself thinking if the store is open or closed for it is not well lit inside.
please stop sending frozen cheese cake to people ordering through Uber eats it's not summer the cake arrives frozen and stays frozen for hours
