Drive through and curbside mobile order are always fast and efficient. Staff are friendly. Ample parking on site.
Very bad service. Once I ordered poutine and it was stone cold and again today I walked into the store around 23:05 no one cared to help me. I waited there for a while and walked out.“IF THERE IS AN OPTION TO GIVE ZERO I’d DEFINITELY GIVEN THAT!!!!”
Would totally give zero stars if possible. My brother and I went here at 9 pm. We ordered 4 junior chickens, a 20 piece chicken nuggets, and 2 ice coffees from the drive thru. My brother wanted to buy me a coffee with some of the ingredients altered that he gets at a different location often and says it is much better than the original caramel ice coffee. We had gotten our coffees and then were directed to pull up and park and wait for our food. My brother mixed up our coffees and i gave a reaction that he did not expect. I quickly offered him some and he realized they had messed up. A few minutes later one of the employees came by and gave us our food. We told the worker what happened and he agreed to go bring us another one free of charge. We had waited for over 40 minutes but we didn't get our coffees. Reminder only 2 ice coffees. We tried getting a few workers attention but they did not see us. Eventually we were tired and first were about to leave but later decided to go inside and get our coffees. We went inside and the cashier apologized and proceeded to charge us. My brother and i argued that we shouldn't have to pay because 1) they messed up our order and 2) we waited over 40 minutes for 2 iced coffees. The cashier later understood and said that she would create it a urgent order or something so that we would get our coffees first before any order is sent out. We waited for another 15 minutes and 5 orders were given before the cashier came back and asked if we had gotten our 2 iced coffees. She called out to the rest of the staff if she could get those 2 iced coffees right away and a employee even said "on it". We waited another 5 minutes just wanting to go home and finally the cashier was fed up and made our coffees and gave them to us. We were so disappointed considering the fact that this location is our go to and we have always ignored any mistakes or something like that. My brother and i went home and it was horrible. My brother mixed up the ice coffee and it was made wrong again. We were so upset that they made it wrong again. Next we proceeded to open the bag and our burgers were all smushed and the chicken nuggets were not appetizing. Our food had gotten cold due to waiting for ice coffee for over an hour and were so upset. Another thing we noticed is we asked to extra caramel and cream along with light ice. The first ice coffee had no extra caramel or the second. In fact I live a few minutes away from the location and when we got home the second made ice coffees had ice that was all melted and the first ice coffees still had ice floating. Even the labels said light ice but that was not light ice. Overall extremely disappointed and wished they had done better. Please look at the pictures below,
Was hungry after a hospital visit. Ordered a McDouble (bun was hard, patties were obviously old) and a BLT quarter pounder.Absolutely horrible. I've made the mistake three times now to trust the grave shift at this location and all I can say is thank goodness they're located close to emergency services based on the food they're so proud to produce. The McDouble, I could only eat a couple bites it was so disgusting - I wondered how many hours ago it was made. The quarter pounder was barely edible only because I was actually very hungry at this point.The only saving grace for this visit was the very pleasant employee who took my order/money.
It is a mcdonalds nothing special about it one of the better ones in the area for sure. Need to have staff upkeep the dining in and bathrooms though. Cheap and good portions like any other mcdonalds although a bit slow at times the drive thru is usually packed
I usually like this location however, yesterday they didn't seem too busy and still my quater pounder with cheese was doused in ketchup and it was slapped together so that all the ketchup was smeared all over really impossible to eat while driving.
I have had a great laugh at the staff and McDonald's. They charge for the cup and bag which is about 40 cents. Then they turn around and ask if your willing to give a dollar to their Charity. Where is the money going from the bag and cup. When you think about with all the McDonald's out there and the amount of customers.
I went around 2.30am I ordered filled of fish meal no cheese mentioned no cheese twice got my order went home ready to eat after 2 bites I see a piece of cheese I stopped eating called the manager explained the no cheese and told her someone tried to remove cheese from a burger that had been prepared before I even ordered and left cheese behind not only it was a old fish burger it had small portions of cheese someone who is allergic to cheese could of had serious consequences they did offer to replace the burger they need to make a new burger instead of trying to peel of cheese from a old burger and sell it as a fresh one not impressed at all
Food is alright but service in a few occasions has been extremely slow, even with very few people ahead of me. Only ever had issues with the food once in all my experiences which isn’t too bad. Even then, was just a case of overcooked fries, nothing major.
Food is delicious, however, sometimes it's not always well cooked. I stick with Jr McChicken, Mcdoubles, and sometimes the occasional BicMac or Quarter Pounder with cheese. 8/10 times they're well cooked, and the other times it feels like they've been left out for too long because the patty is luke warm/cold.
