I go here all the time. The daytime staff is awesome and the night staff is a hit or miss not here that I can think of any particular incidents but at the few mcdonalds within my area. But as usual they've been making great burgers for what 100000 years LOL!!! Anyways if I ever do have any bad experiences I always change the stars accordingly and name the employees whenever possible.Right now it's 5 stars meaning excellent staff food and service. I stopped by this location on Monday April 4th at about 10:30pm to use the washroom. I was discussed, the place was dirty, no toilet paper, no hand soap and the hand sanitizer was empty. I didn't expect that from a place like Mcdonald restaurant. I hope the owner read this review. Failed..
Been thro. drive thro. many times and most times only receive half my order even tho. I`d pay full price only realize this when I get home, never receive a receipt either is this a rip off or is it that they just don`t care?
Wanted to go through the drive thru but it was blocked, then I went inside and ordered at the machine. The touch screen wasn't working properly, I didn't even get a receipt and didn't know what was my order number. So I had to go to the counter and asked if my order went through. The service was fast but the touch screen machine to order at was a waste of time. So I can only give them 3 star ???
how is the image of the fries more visible than the real fries, and not to mention there was ZERO bag fries. Y'all thought I wouldn't notice. I'd give it 1 star but I just feel bad for the underpaid workers
I went through the Drive-thru and he asked if I would like a bag for $0.25. Initially, I thought no but then changed my mind. He confirmed my order and that I wanted a bag. I got to the window and was given a tray of food. I was confused. I told the girl that I said I wanted a bag when I ordered. She said, "Well...give me $0.25" and held out her hand. I said, "But I told the guy I wanted a bag". She replied, "You want a bag? Then give me $0.25!" Holding out her hand again. "I don't carry cash on me. I thought I would be charged on my credit card along with my order". She just starred at me. I took the tray of food. I hope the trays are cleaned properly! When I got home, I was given ice water instead of Sprite. Rude and careless staff. Never going here again. Good thing there are other places to go around Guildford.
They don't use gloves? One staff touched his face, went to the wash station and only washed for barely 5 seconds then goes back to prepping food again.Yuckkk.Also, I ordered no cheese on my breakfast burrito using the kiosk. Then I was told they can't make it without cheese because it's already pre-made. There's clearly a disconnect here or they're not following protocol.Hot chocolate was bland.Lastly, they charge for the paper bags now for $0.25 (or however much it was) for takeout??? Was it only because the city banned plastic bags when Buhdonalds been using paper bags for so long. This really enforced that you'll never have my business EVER again.
I am really upset that Macdonald despite all the ? they are making are now charging for paper bags. I will understand if it was plastic bag. Please justify this charges? I wish there is a minus stars for this reason.
After a long and cold night shift of site maintenance , before heading home I Pulled up to the drive through at the only 24 hr mc D's I know of in town . And was rudely told they were closed ! I asked her to repeat she did! And added until 4am. I looked at the lock and it was 12 minutes 2 so I told her I would wait. I did. Cars were going through the other side I thought nothing if it. Until the menu board changed and I saw it was 5 after and I hadn't heard do anything out of my speaker but cars were still going through the other side. So I pulled around to the window where I saw someone bringing an order to a car parked . Realized she had been taking everyone else's orders but never once asked me mine and then she actually had the nerve to ask me if I ordered at the speaker! Telling me they don't take window orders! I asked for her manager who argued with me for another 10 minutes and when I asked for her store number and name she finally quit arguing took my order and then grudgingly said NO CHARGE! These ppl are the epitomy of ignorance ! I and anyone I know will never frequent this disgusting establishment again!
I would give these guys no stars if I could. 3 cars made it through the drive thru before they even took my order. They got my order incorrect, when I went to pay corrected my order. Went to the pick up window to find out that my order was still incorrect and it was somehow my fault. The lady gave me a huge attitude, telling me I only paid for 2 meals and not 4 so I’d have to pay for the rest (that’s fine), but don’t argue with me about what I ordered. In the end we left and got a refund. Won’t be back as the service is HORRIBLE!!
