This is my local McDonald's on a busy intersection a few kms from my home. When cv19 hit I was really big and decided to intermittent fast and choose a keto designed lifestyle. I never drank coffee before but now needed to due to my fasting. So each day 5 days a week around 6:30am I drive to order my xtra large coffee for 2.40$ and get a couple butters to put into it which helps me stave off hunger till I break my fast at 11am. The staff is amazing and I always collect the tiny sticker to get my almost free xtra large on the 8th visit. I should double dip on the points I havent yet maybe I will do so soon. Staff is great, quick and look forward to a smile and a have a great day...it is almost like Im harkened back to Mulberry in the 50s they are so nice.
Worst McDonald’s ever. Waste my gas for the last time. If you aren’t prepared to serve me, you ought to put some crates in your drive thru lanes. Your food sucks. Always has. Now it costs too much. Why do I bother? This place sells excuses, not burgers.
Order the $1.29 ice cream and they really give you significantly less ice cream. About half to be exact. Didn’t realize these employees/managers cared so much to try to cheat you out when you think you’re getting a good deal
So here’s the things that are great about this McDonalds to get 4 stars:1. It’s always clean, one of the most clean McDonalds out there2. It’s really good to go with children, not only the staff is nice but the visitors are nice too.3. They serve in time and the mobile orders are smoothly executed too.The reason to take off one star:They sometimes, not usually, can mess up the order like it happened with us.Otherwise it was a pleasant visit. Even the restrooms were cleaner and and in order.
Ordered an egg blt breakfast sandwich, got home and found a lovely empty bagel waiting for me. Called to complain and they offered if I returned to make it right. Unfortunately I live 20 mins away. This is the 2nd time experiencing such a mistake here. I will not return to this location, no attention to detail.
We just received our order via DoorDash, the spite was water, they missed my Mcchicken, no kids toy and the quarter pounder was completely raw. Completely unacceptable service. I tried to call the store numerous times to rectify our order, but no one answered.
1st time to write a review at McDonald's. Drive through waited for like 15 mins just for a happy meals and chicken mc muffins. The crew handed me a bag but I paid for 2 bags and he has to go back again to get another one. Has too many staff to work but too slow.
So disappointed in McDonald’s !I went through the drive-through to get diner for my family it was a large order for 6 people. At the end they asked me if I would like a bag for my 6 burgers and fries ? Confused, I said of course as I have a 15 minute drive ? When I got to the window they put my food in 3 bags and charged me .75 cents I was Furious. Most people who get fast food are doing so for more then 1 person and have to get that food to there family warm. I’m so disappointed in McDonald’s and how they are going about this bag charge. It is a terrible way to do business. I won’t be back if I could give 0 stars I would.
Every time I order food they will forget something. I mean every single time! Today they asked me what sauce I need for chicken nuggets, but they didn't give it to me. Last time I ordered 4 meals, they gave me 4 drinks and 4 fries but forgot a burger. And one time, they forgot a fires and another time they forgot a bigmac. How can you guys do this every time? I'm tired, won't come back again. I'd rather take extra 10 min drive to another McDonald instead of this one.
I don't know who runs the drive thru, but it's the slowest one in Surrey. Also, thanks for charging me for the ripped bag that didn't hold any of my food as I carried it. Unfortunately 1 star was the minimum I could give. Don't waste your time here.
