Will they EVER fix the huge potholes in the yard?? The screen wasn't working one day so it was darkened. I couldn't believe how dirty and disgusting it was. It's never been cleaned even once.Not sure how you rate food at McDonalds...I mean it's McD, we all know what it is. You either like it or you don't.I just go for coffee pretty regularly as I like it better than Tim Hortons and the location is convenient on my way to work. The staff are all pretty good, but it varies.My issue is with their yard maintenance.
Very bad service long wait time and night time old lady was very disrespectful and give me poutine with cold fries and cold gravy i think owner have to watch his store they were talking with each other not attending the customer check your camera footage 2:15 to 2:32 amVery much disappointment i am so sad to eat my cold meal and never ever come to this location
I would give 0 Star, if there was an option..Bad Service. Poor quality. Employees make no effort for your goods. Junk. Manger needs to have a look or hire more Employees. Worst and dirty location in surrey.. . Thanks
I went to take delivery. Restaurant shows to pickup order through drive thru after 8 pm. After waiting 10 minutes in line of drive thru they told me to come inside just to hand over me order that was already ready.
Floors were dirty as well as the counter near the pop machine. The pop machine had no ice and was running flat ; no fizz. Meal took forever to get and it was a simple.order. Will give them credit they apologized for the delay and added a cheeseburger to my meal.
I had the seriously chicken. Was surprised at how good it was. Fresh lettuce , tomato, onion. Didn’t feel like fast food.I took away two stars. Only two guests in house including myself at 5:30 pm. On a holiday. Dirty trays on tables and the washroom wasn’t what you’d expect.I should mention the counter staff was very polite and fast !!I recently removed 2 stars. This is my reason.. unable to get any ice cream at this location. This is two summers in a row... with no ice cream. Seems like every McDonald’s on the planet serves it but this one.I’m going to remove the last remaining start next Time I stop in for a meal and am unable to order myself desert.Update, If you know about the ice cream machine conspiracy.....you know. so I am returning two stars
I was there yesterday if you want to eat inside forget it . This location is the most ghetto McDonald's I been to even when receiving my order got no ketchup or anything!!!. I had to ask for that like tf and when I did i was given some attitude. And forget using the washroom there was a dude using it to shoot up so the washroom was locked while he's getting high. The drive through is fast no problem there. Just eating Inside forget it the ice machines were not working. Dirty tables straight ghetto fab MacDonald's. Should change this location name to Mcrack instead.
This place is amazing…ly nasty. From rude employees, to broken toilet seats, piss smell throughout the dining area blood on one of the seats, crackheads shooting up in the bathroom… which also has a broken door, dirty floors and much more! Don’t be surprised if you find a couple flies nesting in your burger.
I enjoy McDonalds from time to time. Unfortunately at this partcular location the fries are almost always old and wildly over salted. The burgers and fries are not consistent with McDonald's as a whole. Also, when did charging 25cents for a brown paper bag become a thing ?
I have been visiting this location over 20 years. Mostly drive-thur service .This McDonald's is quite efficient also service is acceptable. It is the best McDonald's for its consistency for the coffee & ice coffee unlike the one on Scott Road near 84Ave that location. Avoid that location unless you dont order coffee. Also service is acceptable.
