Lots of homeless in here, but usually nobody bothers anyone from the many times I've been here. The service is quick enough and the food is typical McDonald's. At least it's better than the Burger King just north of it.
Drive-thru is always a zoo.. at times it's out to Kingsway! Friendly staff during curbside or drive-thru. Feels like food was received a tad quicker than curbside. I've also gotten some errors from my order, but they were sorted out quickly.
The night crew at this location is whack. Everytime I order food late at night, the quality is horrible. I bought $22 worth of food for my fiance and me. We took 2 bites and threw everything in the trash. I specifically order a burger with no onions, and it comes with onions on it. Fries were ice cold. Burgers were cold and rock hard.
Management at this specific location is horrible. If they don't speak to customers respectfully what kind of training are they providing to their workers? Also, today they asked me to pull forward as there was a wait on my order & then they FORGOT about it. I waited 10 minutes then had to go through drive thru again to find out & the worker couldn't even explain to me what happened to my order ...
I ordered from uber eats. My fries are missing and my coffee wasn’t made as i asked. You guys should be at least little careful while packing delivery orders. People are paying for the food, not for your mistakes.
Ordered a McDouble made like a Mac at the drive through... Got a regular McDouble instead. Came back through drive through, explained what happened and the man working the window told me there is nothing they can do, even after I showed them the receipt.I have never had this happen at any other McDonald's location... Any mistakes have always been resolved quickly without demanding to give the food back through the window.
Came here and ordered chicken nuggets, got a sandwich instead, asked for a exchange was told to throw it away and pay for more food. Not to mention that this worker was disrespectful the entire time. I work at a McDonald’s and we’ve never provide service like this before. Would not recommend
Nice friendly staff . High quality food is made according to McDonald’s standards. Friendly staff and friendly, helpful management’s. Nice clean lobby. Highly recommended for all the guest . Fresh delicious coffee with very nice texture and flavoured served all day.?⭐️☕️
After weeks of coming here I've given up on the morning crews. They've got my cream cheese bagel wrong every single time. Like I'm speaking another language or something. Today it was covered in mayonnaise. Which I don't just find disgusting on my morning bagel but rather a complete insult. I'm done with fast food there's no standards or care for people's money spent. Gross industry.
I went there, with my family ,last Friday 7th January. The service was horrible. We have to wait for long time, to get our food .we order for four persons, I order 1 filet o fish, for myself, 1 chicken sandwich meal and 2 zuechan chicken meal with extra cheese tomatoes extra salad xtra chicken patty with fries everyone's food was cold my fish filet was cold and old piece of meat which looked that was dipped just in oil without being cooked the burger buns were cold and felt like stale bread . My bill was $ 45 and that was not food for money it was only money for their pocketThe place was very dirty table were sticky looks no cleaning service at all covid rules not applicable to this place I think.When we got home after our meal everyone started feeling sick I got a soar throat and fever feeling nausea and even vomited my husband got sore throat too and fever my kids got fever too. It's the first time I've been to this place but other McDonald's are more better than this place .Seeing all the reviews and complaints for this place I think the administration doesn't care as there are no improvements here I think all they care is only the money in .I would never go there again .This experience makes me start hating McDonald's.
