We have been here a few times now and I am happy to say that the food is very yummy with loads of flavour. Super crispy chicken on the outside and juicy on the inside, without tasting heavy or grease laden - because of the way it is made! The wedges were delicious as well. Big thanks to Al who made our recent visit that much more inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful with menu suggestions - and Al gave us a quick breakdown of Mary Brown's brand story, which I loved! You can tell he is super passionate and it shows. This place has heart and I really appreciate solid customer service that makes you feel welcome. We will be back again.
I visited this restaurant with my family for dinner yesterday, prompt service with hot and tasty food that was served. Wonderful customer service. The owner was very helpful and polite towards the customers. I will definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice Dine-in experience with your family or friends.Please note that their dine-in closes 30 minutes before their closing time.
Great chicken. I ordered the spicy and boy did they deliver. The pieces were a little small but cooked to perfection an excellent flavor. I ordered the Joe Joe potatoes done as poutine. That too was excellent. All around one of the best places to get chicken in town for sure. Friendly staff and nice location
I came here for the first time yesterday. I called at 2:50 pm and placed my order for 3:30 pick up. I emphasized that I need my order for that time and figured that 40 minutes is more than adequate notice and I was assured 3 times it was. I arrived at3:29 expecting to pay and leave. No! Order was just being put together upon my arrival! Food was fine but thank you for wasting my time and shortchanhing me 2 pieces of chicken on the most over priced chicken place around. $49.35 for 13 pieces!!! Seriously! Even a more bonanza for owner when you only give 11.
The food is amazing and the service is even better! Best chicken in town hands down. In my opinion, it’s way better than Popeyes, and really good value for money! My favourite is the buffalo chicken wrap. Love this place and order often. Double thumbs up ??
Food is always very delicious. Not greasy at all since they pressure cook the chicken to perfection. The apple pies are the best to finish to your meal.
Love this location!! The manager is so talkative and nice, you can see how much his staff love him. He answers your questions without making you feel dumb, and talks with the seated guests. The front staff are also awesome!! Take your order super quick, and bring the food to you too! They also come by and check on you and the quality of the food. Not to mention the taters are AMAZING!!!!! and the Mary browns burger regular is so crispy and not greasy! The spicy one is HOT so if you love spicy you'll love that sandwich!! Super clean, great seating, tons of parking and awesome staff and food :) 15/10.
You can get a sweat on with their spice mix. Lots of different dipping sauces to choose from. Great burgers and MOJO fries. Old Rideo Drivin location infers lots of parking. Restaurant is like new, clean and bright. Good choice for any meal, priced in line with competition.
This review is specifically for the Monday deal. This location Never disappoints and consistently gives huge pieces of chicken with lots of sauce. I write this review after about the 30th Monday Burger we've had there.That being said, the Scott Rd Mary Brown's is absolutely horrendous. I have had nearly all my orders from them messed up and literally most of their burgers were thin (almost like they thinned out the breastmeat?). I mean consistently thin over and over. I don't know what it is about these two very different results between two locations but folks... Make the extra drive to the panorama location.
The food is great! But the staff is even better! Super friendly and caring about the customers! Surprisingly so! They deserve compliments! Both the young woman out from and the guy behind the scenes, we watch they go the extra distance for another customer are I was wowed! Nice going!
