Went there tonight and a staff was putting up a big sign on the window that says Monday Mary Chicken Burger for $3.99. So I ordered 2 of them but the bill came out to $4.99 each. I asked the cashier why the difference. He then pointed to a smaller sign inside which says $4.99. I told him the big window sign clearly marked $3.99. He then went and looked at the windiw sign. As he return, he simply said it was an error without another explanation and insisted the correct price is $4.99. I didn't want to argue with him and paid the 2x$4.99 but it sure left a bad taste in my mouth about the management of this place.
I'm not impressed with the service and the 2pc. meal was tiny. At least gimme a big leg and a thigh but no, he just give my a tiny leg and a bony rib. But the chicken sandwich was good. The wedge potatoes was blunt.. guy was a little rude, I wasn't even finished ordering and he already telling me the total.
Thought I would give these guys a second chance we used to order from them all the time but the last order was cold and disappointing. And keep in mind I am literally a 3 minute drive.Ordered off of skip the dishes order was received at 4:03 it was on the way with the driver at 4:05. So I knew right away how could any order with chicken fries and pickle chips be done that quickly and be fresh ?!Order arrived and the pickle chips were cold hard and inedible. It was obvious everything had already been premade and was waiting for a to go order which is appauling. Either change ownership or shut down this location! Disgusting!
The chicken was very very plan. No flavor or crust o the chicken breast on the sandwich I got. The pickles were over cooked and potato wedges were dry.
Garbage service. Never been so disappointed in my life. I come here once a week same order. I ordered 5 Buffalo tenders meal with 5 on the side. I asked for the new smoky fries instead of the regular fries. Then when I called to complain, she said I ordered incorrectly, and so nothing was rectified. Which I saw on the register was okay. I will never go back here and don't recommend.
Big Mary Meal lacked flavor... saw the pepper flakes on the taters but no flavor... Chicken was moist but no seasoning
Customer service was great. Food was brought to me fast. Food was tasty and I've been there twice so far. And everyone recommended it to me so I definitely recommend it to others
Staff member Mariah brought our food to our table with her half drank Tim Hortons Ice Capp in her other hand. All 3 of the staff were drinking behind the counter and storing their drinks in the food case. Food was good but these are obvious food safe issues.
ordered through skip the dishes ... they messed up the order... left a whole dish out and sent the wrong sides. Oh and food was under-cooked... (fries but kinda worried about trying the chicken now) took 20 min on the phone with the manger to make it right... initially they refused to redeliver it... manager was incredibly rude... eventually they stepped up... and brought missing food. This is a one and done... never trying them again... Too bad menu looked good.
My first order, I order taters, and got fries, and the fries were undercooked. My second order, ordered a poutine with 8 pieces of popcorn chicken and the chicken was missing. The fries in the poutine was also raw. My third order I ordered large popcorn chicken and fries. The fries were also raw.I called the place to inform of the mistake and they wanted to “make it better next time…” How will they know who is ordering “next time” to make it better.I spent over $50 and the order was wrong and raw…I would never order from this franchise.
