Love this place. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is great. We love the house special chow mein. It is super yummy ?
I ordered many times from here and was always happy. Then we tried to eat in one day. i was appalled by the lack of cleanliness! I can't believe are from that kitchen! Never again
The best I've had! So good, fried really well and lots of fresh veggies in the beef and brocoli. Perfect spice in the schewan. Ordered dinner for 2b with prawns. All perfect. Price has gone up alot since the location move, but way better food. Will definitely go back
We've rarely had a problem with this place, and have been ordering there for over 3 years. Then they moved, changed their menu, and increased their prices. Still decent food. Tonight that changed. It took over an hour for our order to arrive...and it was the wrong order. We were charged the proper price, but the order we received was less than half the price. When I called it took 15 minutes before they understood I got the wrong order. They promised to speed up delivery of our order. 45 minutes later, no food. So my girlfriend called, and was not happy....she asked for the manager and was told he was busy. She finally got him on the phone and he argued with her, then said it would be delivered within 25 minutes & hung up on her. We're still waiting. They have lost a very good customer.
Ordered 2 large war wonton soups. Was told 30 minutes till it would be ready for pick up. It was 55 mins then we got home and realized they gave us regular wonton soup instead. I will not order here again! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!
I thought I would try because there was good reviews. They were friendly when I got there...but this was not a good first visit as a new customer. 1) They have moved location and was not told 2) the location they moved to does not display their restaurant name so it was a bit confusing 3) menu is not updated on and cannot reach their website. So I guessed off of a 4 year old menu that someone took a picture of.When I finally found location, after phoning again; I was told that they had already told their regular customers. I told them all the issues and how confusing it was. He was friendly but didnt seem to want new customers...his only response is they were working on their website...and I said atleast get the restaurant name changed properly...he said "that was too many changes." The food was good. I didn't have high expectations though. I may give them another chance if updates are made...proper address, name, etc. But it didnt seem like they wanted new customers as they said they had moved 6 months prior.

Ordered delivery Dinner for 3 from the online menu. Tipped the driver $10..Didn't get the wonton soup. Called back and was told this wasn't on the Dinner for 3 menu anymore for over a year now. I said It was on the mengsingkitchen.com menu was then informed it is mengsingkitchen.ca not .com. That site doesn't work. I felt ripped off but the food was good
They don’t let us to use credit card without any notice. Also, they forgot the soup for our meal and we never got it or refunded it.
Decent Chinese food at a good price!
