It's been a long time since I've had KFC. Disappointed that they don't do spicy chicken. Price I guess is like any other place. Somehow it tasted different.it didn't have the KFC factor. The fries were very skinny and ok for taste. The gravy and macaroni salad were very tasty. Plant based sandwich not so much. Guess I'll try Popeyes and Mary Brown and see which one is better..
I have visited this KFC a few times during my trips to Canada. And KFC in Canada is different from the KFC in the US. The size of the chicken pieces are smaller. However, I find that the Canadian KFC stores are much more consistent than the US ones. My recent visit to this particular KFC was OK. The chicken was more greasy than it was before. I was hungry due to the long trip – but not exactly satisfied with the quality of the food.
The staff are very friendly and polite. It is nice to hear a happy tone of voice at the order board and window. I find most drive through places have super grumpy sounding employees lately. This was a nice change. April 13th * late evening.
I went here as quick stop on my way home. I was in drive thru asked for a 6pc bucket orginal lady said I would have to wait 8-10 min but could have there extra crispy instead. I asked is it spicy she said no....well it was so spicy we had to through it all in the garbage.....I have just had surgery so not allowed to have spicy food at all...I am so disappointed in this place....will never go to kfc ever again...especially since they lie.
The Taco Bell and KFC both have excellent food. The service is always great. The staff are always friendly and polite. Best place ever!!!
Ordered a 4 piece that included fries & a salad. I got 2 overcooked drum sticks & 2 boney backs with no meat. It came with 10 to 12 fries and a literally a tablespoon of macaroni salad. It fit in less than half of a box. It smelled great but tasted burnt and very dry. I have never seen smaller pieces of KFC chicken before.
Terrible service, took 15 mins for a medium fries and gravy, guy after me ordered a 6pc bucket with fries gravy and 6 crunchwrap supreme, he got his first and then they got mine after and forgot gravy ?
With all these Skip the dishes , Door dash etc, I find that the service in store has slowed down quite drastically. I don't know why, but from the time we pay for our order to the time we get it is almost 30 mins. That's no longer fast food, plus the price of food has gone.up, it's almost a luxury to eat KFC at that price.
Okay place is clean inside and outside nice setup but the only reason why they're only getting a four star from me is there dirty food items there's one clean food item and that's french fries they did have a choice before but stopped selling those items so,.......... If your not a clean food eater then this place is great cause very friendly staff and very clean place inside and out so like I said why they don't get a five star from me it's for that reason of the menu that was once there but is not there anymore so okay take care
Showed up 15 mins before close. I ordered a chicken burger and was told it would take 25 minutes for it to cook, so I cant order that! I ask what can I get and was told all chicken items will take that long, so basically I can't order anything except Taco bell (not a fan). I can ccok a whole meal in that time, there is no way in this world it takes them 25 minutes to cook 1 piece of chicken. Lazy and dishonest employees. Not the first time I've had issues there but definitely the last.
