i really really appreciate the service of this restaurant. i visited here today. i would like to say the girl name Rajman was very nice and polite. she took my order with full of patience as we all know it’s very hard to stay calm in fast facing environment. Also, the food was fresh and tasty i really want to say thanks to her.
Very rude staff, very unacceptable communication arrogant staff I was in the drive-thru. First of all it took 10 minutes to take my order and then about 15 minutes later when I got to the window to pay they said it will be a 3 minute wait. 3 minutes later they said it would be another 5 minute wait and then they said 3 minutes later it should take only 3 more minutes. They need to be retrained on how to communicate with people. They need to be retrained on how to cook food properly. My food was undercooked and raw and didn't taste well at all. After all that waiting I could have went down the street or the restaurant right next door and got better food . Do not recommend this place at all. If I could give this place a zero I would. This is the worst KFC in British Columbia.
Very dirty inside. Table and wall all dirty. The soft drink taste really bad at all favors. Very bad dining experience.
Not a good customer service. Poorly trained. Chicken tasted like it was sitting there on a warmer for hours. All in all not a very good experience.
Really bad service. We ordered two fresh plant based burgers and chicken wings. We ask them twice to make the order fresh but they give us cold food. Such a wastage of money and disappointment.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I used a coupon to get a discount for a Big Crunch Combo, but a man in a turban that took my order kept refusing to accept the coupon or I just didn't get a meal from the location. Just letting everyone know to go to another place for food and decent customer service, probably never buying KFC again.
The staff at the location acted totally unprofessionally towards me.The KFC app was not working correctly, hence I could not claim an online deal. Instead of helping me work through this issue, the store manager told me that I could not claim the deal. Frustrated by this, while standing there, I called other locations of KFC and they told me that they understand the kfc app is down and I would be able to claim the deal regardless the status of the app.I had to drive to a different location (~4km) to claim the deal. I am really frustrated and annoyed with the staff and their behaviour towards their customers.Do better KFC strawberry hills Surrey location.
Worst KFC, i asked for spicy burgers and they took my order and gave me regular sandwich without informing me that they are out of it think that i will not know.. And later when i asked they mentioned that they are out of. I'm disappointed that if they don't have ot they should let customer know, instead of fooling someone with something else.
Lucky i Didn't get straws went to drink my drink and found some kind debris floating in my drink and my lid was dirty gross they need some upgrades and a good cleaning.
The manager/supervisor I spoke to about a cold meal was absolutely rude. Horrible customer service from a horrible human being. No refund or replacement offered.Food was barely warm at best. Don't waste your money here.
