Our food contained both overcooked chicken and undercooked potato salad.....How does this even happen?Thanks for reaffirming the need to stop buying from "fast/prepackaged food places. I THREW IT ALL OUT......
i ordered 3 piece chicken and small popcorn through online for pick up but when i reached home they only gove 3 peice chicken not popcorn. when i call the restaurant, they say, no we give them. thats disgusting, i pay more but i recieve less
This used to be my go to chicken place since kfc perpetually has coupons and this was the only kfc qt the time that actually properly fried their chicken ( there is another kfc near guildford that sucks at frying ) but the last time I went their chicken was super bland and lacked spices. Honestly if I want to go to a kfc in the surrey area the one I find is consistently more or less decent is the surrey central malls kfc.
I orders a meal thr 2 can dine promotion. I never received my fries or sides. I tried calling them for 2 hours and the phone is busy. It off the hook. Really horrible service and o can’t get a hold of anyone unless I drive back there.
Most of the time orders are messed up.Drive through ask questions on the order multiple times when u are the window.Crunchwrap is for $6-7 and hardly there is anything in it.In fries supreme fries is not even enough.Gravy is watery or cold.
Worst service ever given by this restaurant. Very slow service at drive-thru.It took 17 mins to get my order, while standing on number 3 in the queue and i ordered spicy chicken and they gave me regular. I'm very disappointed with the staff.Improve your service.
Ordered tuesday special...one of the pieces was dark brown...maybe old oil and tasted very salty. Other piece the drumstick bone broke in half when i picked it up...couldnt believe it! Think I am done with KFC for a long time...much better options around.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCEI m commercial truck driver i came here from toronto i was parked near KFC nothing was open at that time near by, i went inside KFC i ordered food and ask the manager( DAMAN ) i want to use washroom. she lied our both washrooms are not working it was very urgent after few minutes i told her i want to wash hands she gave me the key and said dont use washroom its blocked when i went inside washroom everything was working good. when i came back i asked her why are you lying she started argument who are you why would i talk to you. They dont respect there customer. they dont like to clear after use i dont know why these washrooms are made for...
Service was slow. Stood there for a solid 4-5 minutes before a staff member came by to take my order. They all made eye contact and saw me there, but didn’t approach me for some reason.When I got my taco, it was poorly made. Lettuce, cheese and meat were just splattered on top. They didn’t care. I opened the wrapper and everything just fell out. The meat was barely warm. Extremely disappointed, won’t be coming back
I wish I could rate them in negative. Being vegetarian, ordered bean chalupa made them sure that I want veggie no meat. But they gave me beef instead. Highly unacceptable, as this happened 2nd time. Girl who was taking orders at drive- thru sounded like she is tired doesn't mean you will mess up the orders especially veg/non- veg.
